The whole process was great. All the people who came out were professional and really took their time to do a good job. Big shout out to Rolando, Sean, Sam, and Mike. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

These guys scream professionalism! They are always quick to respond and very good at what they do. They explain what is going on and advise on what we can do to keep our system working top notch. They keep up with us and our system to ensure our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!!

This review is LONG overdue - We had an issue on one of the hottest days of 2021. We called several different companies; either to be hung up on or told they wouldn’t be able to make it out until the following business day (4 days later). I found this company, called and was greeted with such a lovely receptionist. They told us they could have someone out within a few hours and sure enough they did!

They were prompt and professional in not only calling when the tech was on the way but also sending me an alert via text. When the technician (Drew Reddish) arrived he was EXTREMELY polite and professional. He never rushed us and answered all our questions PLUS more! He even informed us the piece that had broke on the system was warranties for another 27 days. What are the odds?
I’m very pleased and will certainly be using their services for any future needs. I highly recommend requesting Drew if you call too!

This company is no good. They don't take care of they're employees, or better yet value them, especially the good ones that know how to do basically everything. In my opinion employees that are quick learners, always students willing to learn, friendly, and that are personable are priceless for you're business. They also overcharge customers, so if they give you a quote MAKE SURE THATS THE BEST PRICE. Do better comfort temp. Learn how to value your assets. Smh

This company is great. I have twice had to call AC companies after hours to fix a broken AC. Both times, this company was the only one that answered the phone so late. They came out ASAP (10PM on a weekend), were professional and friendly, and promptly fixed my issues. Highly recommend them.

These are honorable traits and I have NEVER been disappointed by my Dad’s advice, or Comfort Temps service!!!! Drew, my technician does excellent work and I trust him!!!

I have used Comfort Temp for many years. Their receptionists and service reps are professional and knowledgeable. Ken has been the tech for some evaporator coil problems and he is very experienced, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Comfort Temp.

I highly recommend Comfort Temp! It was a pleasure using them, from scheduling the appointment to receiving the report. They are kind, responsive, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They cleaned the lines, tested the heat and air, and replaced the filters. Chris told us how the system works, explained everything, and wrote everything in a report. I highly recommend having their maintenance plan.
