Comfort Temp Heating & Air

Our entire A/C system needed to be replaced. Sam B and Shaun showed up on time and worked the entire day to get our system back up and running again. They answered any questions that I had and were complete professionals. They did create a little dust while they were working, which is understandable, but they cleaned up everything and left the area cleaner than when they started. I can't recommend Comfort Temp, Sam, and Shaun enough.

Stephen Williams came out to inspect my unit and make sure all is well due to the annual maintenance contract I signed up for with Comfort Temp. He was extremely professional and dedicated to doing a thorough job making sure everything was right. If all businesses had Stephen working for them they’d all thrive. I recommend Comfort Temp based on the people they hire and that you can trust them

So... As a senior woman, I often feel like service companies either try to railroad me into purchasing their service, or they are condescending, as if I know nothing about the service/product being considered. Comfort Temp is completely different! From the office staff (Carissa) to the estimator (Drew) to the installers (Joseph and Kel) everyone was respectful, informative, approachable, professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice. They are really nice people to work with! I got a 3 ton Trane unit installed today, and they were on the job early and focused on getting it done quickly but didn't cut any corners. They answered all my questions, addressed any concerns, cleaned up as they went, and left me with a really professional installation job, at a competitive price. I even had a pre-installation concern over the holiday, and Drew communicated with me and Carissa followed up. I highly recommend this company. Not only do they practice excellent customer service, but I think they could offer courses to teach it to other companies! Thanks all!

Vinny is a gentleman and a great hardworking expert. When extra steps to get our AC back to cooling again. Kinda need it here in FLA.

From start to finish, it's been a good experience with Drew and the Comfort Temp staff. Good customer service from all.

One of their Gainesville team members (from Ocala?) and his fiancé appear to have scammed me out of $200 dollars and I would be wary of any business that employs people like that. Especially in an industry where he might enter your house it seems like a liability.

EDIT: While it is true it was one employee and I met them in Ocala. One bad apple spoils the bunch and it does lend concern to your hiring and screening practices when someone that portrays themselves in a managerial position in your company potentially displays questionable ethics. Your employees, especially "managers" are a reflection of your company even when they are not in your uniform. If you were Burger King it wouldn't be a concern as they don't enter houses to make Whoppers. But with you there's a 1 in 300 chance that a person of questionable integrity might enter your home which is something to consider.

I requested a look/see at my residence in order to get a proposal for new HVAC. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

My HVAC system failed and needed to be replaced ASAP. I contacted comfort temp and someone was able to come out the same day got me pricing same day was able to provide a top-notch product and get my system working temporary until the new unit could be installed. The service was just excellent from A-Z
