Great having a great service company when you live out of town. Comfort Temp Is always on time and has a great staff!

Comfort temp heating and Air is the same company that installed our AC about 5 years ago. They have been providing regular service every 6 months or so. We have been very satisfied with their service. I have no problem giving a very high recommendation for this company.

It is important to communicate the time of arrival along with the name and picture of the technician. ComfortTemp does that very well. The technician, Vinny, was efficient, professional and personable. Always have a satisfactory experience with ComfortTemp.

The young man that came out was Ken Schammert, very polite gentleman explained everything he was doing. I would highly recommend him to maintain anyone's ac heating unit.

Ok so Comfort Temp from the initial phone call to the professional people on staff who helped us with our new system installed at our home! The best hands down!, we just had our final home inspection and the inspector stated “When it is done right, It’s easy!” Blew me away! Just a really good job done by this team that I have to tell everyone I come into contact with! Thank you, thank you for doing such a good job!

So far so good! Drew showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. The company was extremely communicative. I got a call ahead of time, an email and a text with the employee that would be coming. It felt safe and professional. They are ordering a part now and I look forward to an affordable fix. Thanks. We couldn't be happier that we found such a great company and group of people to install our brand NEW A/C with heat pump system, which we absolutely love..When my husband told me to go out for quotes for a brand new A/C and heat pump, I was the one that wanted to stick to who we had, then I started reading the reviews for Comfort Temp one day and thought I need to call them . From that moment on we were not disappointed at all ...The quality of service we got was outstanding, from Carissa in the office, to Rolando who came out to our home and took his time and expertise to show me and discuss with me what all we need and what they can do for us to make things for us even better, we knew we needed a brand new system so when your spending that kind of money you want to make sure you get it right, I knew when Rolando left my home that day we had it right and let me tell you, he knows what he is talking about and he is very kind and thorough and his knowledge with HVAC just shined. We ultimately decided we were going to become a member of the Comfort Temp family and scheduled our install !! And now here comes Xing, Shane & Kelvin who all again were very professional, on time, and did a great job with our install, and they also were very thorough and knowledgeable, and we couldn't be more thankful for such an amazing experience with ALL of you and we look forward to being a customer for a very long time, I urge any of you if your reading this review , call this company and give them the chance to help you too.

Initial meeting and consultation were excellent. Drew was very knowledgeable and professional.

Called them to inspect my outside HVAC unit since the fan was making a little noise. After the service charge of over $100 they offered to replace my fan motor, quoting $700. I didn't bite. Purchased the fan for $125 and it took no more than 30 min to install. Obscene pricing. Better to be reasonable with your customers if want them to stay.
