A little pricey for weekends but nice tech

I'm not usually one to write reviews but given the incredible quality of service we've received from Comfort Temp I couldn't not.
We initially had a quote from another company which was higher and they led us up the garden path for weeks after getting the loan approved and impacting my credit score, only to be told they couldn't do the job.
From the get go, Rolando from Comfort Temp was clear about what needed doing and how it would be done, transparent about the pricing (which was much more fair than the previous company) and made us feel like we were a priority.
It was around 2 weeks from initial estimate to completion of install, but that was partly due to my husband and I being a little slow on the uptake of getting everything sorted.
The installers, Sam and Xing, were here bright and early every morning and didn't stop working each day for about 9 hours straight! They were both knowledgable and efficient at what they were doing. I couldn't be more impressed with them. They left absolutely no mess whatsoever either which is fabulous.
If you're looking for a HVAC company, Comfort Temp are for sure the best choice you could make in the area.

I've been using them since I bought my first house back in 2012. They have been great and persistent with scheduling the maintenance visits. Definitely worth getting the maintenance plan due to discounts on repairs and parts.

Mike Blackwelder from Comfort Temp was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly and walked us through everything. I completely trust his recommendations over the past few years of providing maintenance services to our house!

Of course our AC broke on a Friday. They came the same day, 2 hours earlier than expected. Communication about scheduling was excellent. Mike diagnosed the problem very quickly. Bad circuit board. He wired the unit to bypass the board, so the AC would work until they could get a replacement board. They scheduled the board install before they even had the board, based on UPS delivery estimate. Board came in and was installed quickly. System working well. Would definitely use them again!

Today on a Sat am called for AC malfunction: the tech, Mike, called back promptly and came over within an hour, did a thorough evaluation and fixed problem, and advised re further followup. We are on routine maIntenance plan and cost today was quite reasonable.

Once I sent my loan application in I never heard back from anyone.

Great service! Vinny was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I also love the excellent communication from the office, with the reminder the day before and the updates when the technician is on the way, along with the name and photo of the technician. It is always a pleasure to do business with Comfort Temp.
