Comfort Temp Heating & Air

We recently needed to have our AC replaced because a branch fell on the condenser. We decided to go with Comfort Temp and have been delighted with the results! During the estimate process, Drew carefully assessed the damage to our unit, the requirements needed to replace it, and even suggested a couple of ways to improve the functioning and efficiency of our AC (without a substantial increase in cost). The estimate was competitive and they had units in stock (a bit surprising these days; other companies cited 2+ month wait time). The main office was quick to return our calls when we had questions and when we were trying to schedule an installation date. The installation was completed in less than a day and was performed with skill, precision, and a high degree of professionalism. The technician who led the installation team, Xing Ba, deserves a lot of credit for the smoothness of the process. He is an HVAC maestro! Finally, Jonathan provided valuable oversight during the installation and inspection. We are very happy with our experience with Comfort Temp and recommend highly!

Update on 4/21/2023: Had our 6 month maintenance done today. Stephen W was extremely thorough and did a great job replacing the filter and checking the system. We continue to be delighted with Comfort Temp!

It was a pleasure doing business with Comfort Temp. Mike, who is usually in charge of sales, came out to install a UV light and air purifier in our system. He serviced our unit as well.

He was on time, patient with our toddler asking several questions, and took his time explaining to us any issues he found and how he addressed them. Nice to meet people who know their craft well!

Mr. Vinny Manna did an excellent job of checking my air conditioner. He was professional, honest and listened to my concerns. I am very happy with the service that was delivered. Will ask for Mr. Manna anytime I need assistance in the future!

Drew was great to deal with. He showed up on time and looked over my old system and gave me recommendations on the best replacement/s for my house. Got the quote back quickly and setup time for install quickly. Both Drew and the installers were great to deal with and very professional.

Mike was amazing. He arrived on time. He explained the problem taking the time to show me the issues. He spent the extra time to make sure everything was working properly. Professional service and Great attitude! Thanks Mike!

Vinny did a great job inspecting my AC system. fixed a little problem I was having but noticed an even bigger one before if got out of hand. he was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable.

Mike Blackwelder was at our home today 4/13/23 for our 6 month servicing appointment. We have worked with Mike for a long time. He is is very professional, knows what he is doing and does it well. It is always a pleasure to see Mike.

Helpful and friendly. Very professional and they always remember to notify prior to arrival. My most recent technician Nathan was very considerate that there was an elderly person in the house, before lowering or adjusting thermostat, and other tasks.
