Professional and personable service from Chris Galvin! Called to see why the air conditioner fan was running continuously. He figured out the problem and gave us excellent advice. I hope his company appreciates him because we have become loyal customers because of the service call with him! Highly recommend!

You will not be disappointed, this company is the most honest and dependable company you will find.in august we came home with no air,my wife has some health issues and can not be without air. I made the call and the office was very polite and set up the appointment. The tech was out a few hours later.he had us up and running in a short time. there was no hard sell to upgrade our system.I would highly recommend this company. I have worked with many other hvac company's over the year's .there is no other company out there that will be more honest and treat you like family.

It's all in the name (Quality). It would have been nice to have met this company years ago. I had a complicated situation that Quality Control Air of SWFL made the time to investigate thoroughly and to correct the problem. I had two other A/C companies prior to Quality's arrival that couldn't find the problem or didn't want to spend the time to evaluate the issues and concerns of the home not dropping to the proper temp... I am a local Realtor, any of my customers, family and friends that are in need of HVAC repairs or replacement, I will not hesitate to pass their phone number along.

Very bad experience. Will not recommend their service. These guys tried to cheat. Every visit they sold stuff and were not able to diagnose the issue. They did isolation test on the AC unit on second floor and said there is leak in line set and needs to be replaced which will cost $2300. Moreover when i asked them to put back unit together they said it will cost money. That's too bad. Good that i checked with other AC company who identified the actual issue which was evaporator coil leak and no leak in line set. I cancelled my contract with Quality Control. Giving 1 star as they did some work but beware of them.

Seriously...the best experience I’ve had with an AC company. I had Scott, who was completely knowledgeable. He even explained what he was doing and why throughout the whole process. Nice guy and very professional. Showed up on time and took time to make sure I was up and running. They are SUPER FAIR IN PRICING!! Oh and thing I’ll add, this seems like a well-managed company. I mean normally company’s are all about “just get it done fast and move on to the next” but it seems like this company knows that taking your time with customers goes a LONG WAY...I am absolutely going to tell everyone I know about this company. Ps I never write reviews. So the fact that I am doing this now...should speak volumes, that’s how impressed I am lol

My husband and I had just purchased a home and within two days our A/C went out. Quality Control Air made it a priority to make sure my family did not go without A/C. They were at our house the very next day replacing our unit (on a Saturday). There quality if workmenship is unsurpassed. I highly recommend them!!

I was very surprised at the lack of quality given by this firm. During a routine semi annual service call it was determined that I needed $575 work because a filter was missing! Why didn’t this firm tell me the filter was missing since for at least two years they were performing bi-annual service? Service is service

On a different issue they told me I had a leak in my line set. This is a extremely expensive repair and would cost at least $2,000 or more. I got a second opinion and there was no leak detected in the line set?
They did tell me that I had a leak in the coils. The repair quoted was for $1,200. I had another firm do the repair for $1,000.

These guys know their stuff! They explain everything and are very professional. Both Jason and Mike have been great. They do quality work. And a shout out to Monica in the office who is so helpful! My experience with this company has been awesome.

Of course it was a hot summer night in the middle of August and our A/C went out. We placed a call to Quality Control Air of SWFL and to our surprise, Jacob came over without hesitation on a Friday night. He got our A/C up and running again very quickly. The customer service was hands down the best we've received in the A/C industry. We would definitely use this company again and have referred this company to family.
