Quality Control Air of SWFL

I have had several routine maintenance visits from Quality Control Air. Twice from Chris and once from Trevor.

These guys are honest, professional and polite. More importantly, they know what they are doing, take the time to explain what they are doing and do a great job all at once.

I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I have 2 properties under annual maintenance agreement and very please to have selected QC Air. The technician (Scott) was professional and timely. He performed his maintenance, provide report and thanked me for being a customer. If your looking for an AC company QC Air SWFL is the place.

Mike, the technician, arrived during the time window
that they had provided me. Seemed to be thorough and answered questions as he completed the service. He also explained their 2 year contract. I asked for a paper copy of the invoice and contract. He said he would have the office mail it to me. So we will see if I get that in a timely manner.

My air-conditioning was out all night ( 2:00 on at 80 degrees ). Trevor came to my aid and quickly found the problem. His knowledge and professionalism impressed me. He explained issues I had never heard of. Trevor's teaching really helped me to understand what I need to be aware of as a homeowner. Thank-you QCA and especially Trevor!!!

Visiting my family from Phoenix where I have been in HVAC for over 30 years. Scott was not only punctual but early knowledgeable courteous and his work was amazing. Quizzed him and had a good time chatting with him .

After asking for some recommendations, we called Jacob at Quality Control Air. He came very highly recommended. He was on the Job asap. He had the permit and the job done in record time. Saved us a lot of discomfort. He was very professional and checked in to make sure we were happy with anyone that we came in contact with. I highly recommend you call Jacob if you need him.

I had problem with my A/C on Sunday. I called on Monday morning. I was at work and my girlfriend couldn't get there until after 2:00. They were there at 2:20 pm and diagnosed the problem fast! Brian was my technician. He was fast and honest. He replaced the thermostat and I was back in business in about 30 minutes! Thank you !!!!!!!!!
