Quality Control Air of SWFL

AC was blowing warm air. I called and they had a technician named Mike out here within a few hours and repaired my AC on a Saturday. Very happy. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Quality Control Air. Reasonable prices, professional and knowledgeable staff. Monica and Scott are very pleasant and patient when answering questions. Scott was very thorough with the service and maintenance of our AC units, offering explanations and advice to keep everything running smoothly. Best experience I've ever had with an HVAC company.

I would definitely recommend this company. Our AC went out over the weekend and we called Quality Air Control since they came recommended by a friend. We received a call back within an hour on a Sunday night and since we planned on replacing the unit soon, we received a quote for replacement rather than repair. (They'd been out before for an estimate and gave us the same price as quoted months ago) They were out the next morning replacing our unit and had us up and running within just a few hours. Guys were very professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. Definitely a good company.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We consistently have problems with them honoring their warranties and work. We Always seem to be faced with Unseen Problems that arise following their work that results in another high priced bill. We paid for the aeroseal duct work which was supposed to be guaranteed for 10 years but not even 2 years in we are now told we need to pay another $2,500 since the seals around the duct aren't holding. Perhaps they could have informed us that might be the case and let us know how to handle that before taking the money for the aeroseal ductwork? It's always something with this company. Always. Wish we could find an honest, upfront reliable air conditioning company. I had to post one star or it wouldn't let me post. I would give them no stars.

I researched many companies and Quality Control was our choice. We bought a condo year & a half ago and decided we needed a “ tune up” and service contract.
Trevor the tech cane out and was outstanding. Trevor explained everything he did, gave our AC a clean bill of health and was super friendly to boot
We signed up for the service contract and look forward to a long relationship with this company. Quality Control Air is a real throwback company to the days of quality service and at fair price

We started having Quality Air service our home shortly after we purchased it. Since then, we have added one air conditioner for the bed room and replaced the builder grade unit for the whole house. Jacob and his team have been wonderful to work with. Always responsive, courteous, professional always very conscience of my needs and wants. Of all the contractors that I have dealt with QA is one the top of the list.

Mike was terrific! He explained what had to be done - the drain was blocked and had to be cleaned out. It was Friday evening and I was very appreciative of Mike taking the time to get my A/C working again. Quality Control Air can be counted on to do a great job whenever their customers need them. Thank you!

We highly recommend Quality Control Air of SWFL. Jacob has gone above and beyond to ensure that our AC issues are taken care of. He has been very fair and honest with us. He is very good at helping us understand the what and why of the services being provided. We have used a couple of other companies in the past, and were NOT satisfied with them. Once again ... 5 star service!!!

Recently had a new air-conditioning unit installed by Quality Controled Air. They did a great job. The service and staff are wonderful people. I would highly recommend them.

Jacob at quality air was amazing, great customer service and I had the whole job done by the next day. Everyone involved was polite and courteous.
