Winston and another gentleman replaced our furnace and AC. They showed up early and they were very nice and did a great job. We appreciate their hard work and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new system or repairs.

When I purchased my home a little over two years ago, the previous owners had used Conditioned Air. I own a business, so generally I like to give my business to other professionals whom I network with. Before I had a chance to schedule my first maintenance appointment with a "to be determined' company, I received a postcard from Conditioned Air in the mail, congratulating me on the purchase of my new home. What excellent customer service and smart marketing! Just like that, they had my business.

However, would they be able to back up their marketing with their actual on-site maintenance and service? Because at the end of the day, all that matters in an air conditioning unit in good working order and technicians that solve problems as they arise.

And indeed, they are great to work with! Their tech, Orlando, is a pleasure to have in my home. The service is speedy and thorough, and the maintenance contract is reasonably priced. Thank you for your great work!

I purchased a new AC compressor and air handler from Conditioned Air a couple of months ago having been without AC for five days due to my prior faulty system and installer. I placed the order for the unit on Tuesday afternoon and by Friday at 9:00 pm their technicians carried through with their promise to have me cool for the weekend. That's first class service. Conditioned Air come by today for our 6 month maintenance and found a block in our drainage line and took care of everything to make things work perfectly. Yohan was our tech and was exactly on-time, to the point and was great to work with. We are very happy with our service over the years working with Conditioned Air.
