Conditioned Air

Today is 7/20/21.
I paid top dollar for an new, advanced air conditioner.
I has been installed for more than 1 month and has not worked properly yet.
Today, another service representative came to replace another defective part. After he got involved with setting up, dismantling things and shutting the system down, he got a call from a previous service rep informing him the part was installed already.
Meanwhile, a driver appeared from Conditioned Air with a building / installation permit for me to post. I told him the a/c was installed on 5/12/21.
Multiple mis-communications.
Countless service reps, all with the “answer” for the problems.
Weeks of extremely poor a/c performance.
For us, a very unreasonable amount of aggravation, disruption of our schedule, travel plans, family visitation, loss of sleep due to high overnight temps in the house an a multitude of other inconveniences.
I was sold what was described one of your top-tier systems. I now am questioning my wisdom of staying with Conditioned Air for so long. Furthermore, and most of all, I am very worried that this a/c may well be a defective lemon and will extremely likely give us a very short, unpleasant and unproductive life.

My experience with Conditioned Air was excellent. The technician, Chris Musial was on time, very knowledgeable, and completed repairs very quickly. I will use them again and also will recommend them to anyone else in need of AC repairs with great confidence in their satisfaction

We have always been very impressed with every aspect of the Conditioned Air company. From setting up an appointment to the actual service call, every person has been courteous and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable, and we don't have to wait for a long time to get service if we have an issue. We love Conditioned Air!!!!

Tech was right on time and courteous. He cleaned and tested the A/C. Found a couple of minor problems. Explained things clearly and I authorized the repair. He completed his work in a timely manner. I would recommend Conditioned Air service to a friend as it was recommended to me by a friend.

Conditioned Air has been on the job at our home for seven years and we are very, very happy with them! The A/C system is still working in super condition, they come twice a year and spend about an hour doing all of the necessary work to keep it running perfectly. Our service provider always shows up on time, buzzes about his business while being polite and professional, and there is never a hard sell on upgrades -- it is a real treat to do business with a company that knows all about customer service.

We had a great experience with Conditioned Air. Orlando was very kind and professional. He was very thorough in explaining exactly what was happening with our AC. I was so impressed. It was August and our upstairs was very hot and the humidity was at 95 %. He was able to get everything working to hold us over until the permanent part came in. Definitely exceeded our expectations for service. Thank you!

I have been a customer of Conditioned Air for 20 years and have never been disappointed in the quality of their work and the knowledge of their technicians. Additionally, their technicians are personable, polite and helpful. Today, my technician was Peter and he was not only all those things, but helped me to understand what he was doing and the inner workings of my Rheem unit. He explained everything in detail and I learned a lot from him. I would love to request him again for my next maintenance check.

Peter Ruiz arrived on time and did a nice job servicing our equipment. Peter was very professional in his work and very respectful of our home. He explained what was done and shared ideas on how to best maintain our equipment. So pleased with the service call that we will be requisting Peter for future service calls.

Peter from Conditioned Air was very professional and thorough. We was very knowledgeable about the inner working of the A/C unit. He checked everything inside the house and outside. He changed the batteries on the thermostat. We have completed conference that our unit is in good working order after his complete and thorough cleaning.

From the point of quotation with Sam, including his follow-up to questions that I raised through the installation process with Juan, John and Jose, we were completely satisfied with explanations, approach and professionalism. We would recommend using Conditioned Air again and will engage them for our ongoing maintenance for the unit.
