Conditioned Air

Our semi-annual maintenance appointment was for between 8 and 12 and Peter showed up right at 8 a.m. which was perfect for us. He was very friendly and explained every issue to us as he went along. We could not have asked for, nor expected, any better service. We've used Conditioned Air for many years now, installed a new unit three years ago, and have been very please with all aspects of their service. Great job!

Wonderful experience! The tech, Ronald L. arrived on time, with a mask,
a big smile and an introduction. He asked if we had any questions or
problems before he began maintenance check. He then went about
doing his maintenance checkup. We had a question for him about our
humidistat and he took care of it. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend them. Hopefully on our next service, we can have Ronald come again. He is a very good representation of Conditioned Air
and is very professional.

Upon returning home from a quick trip, our AC failed. We walked into an 84 degree home. Unfortunately we could not get a service person until late that night but when Steve Baughman came, he was a beam of light in the dark hours. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Knew what the problem was immediately. Yet he went above and beyond to double and triple check. Got us going so we could cool down and sleep. THIS, is why we chose Conditioned Air. What a great experience. Thank you, Steve!

New to FL and just moved into new construction, and struggling to understand the MERV rating limitations for our Lennox AC. Couldn't find the information online or in the manuals, but the Lennox website directed me to contact the local dealer. Found the model and Serial # and called this company since they were closest. It was such a simple question with all of the detail needed, and the service rep refused to answer it. They said if they didn't install it, then I needed to go find out who did and call them. I just don't understand... I'm new to the area and a potential new client that will need a service contract. The rep spent more time on the phone telling me how she couldn't help me with a question than it ever would have taken to answer it. Just silly. This company has outstanding reviews, but I would never recommend it based on this experience.

On Tuesday 8/28, our AC quit working. My wife called Conditioned Air, and soon after I got home from work Dan arrived. Dan gets out of the van wearing one of the biggest smiles we’d ever seen. Very polite and focused. We knew we were in good hands.

It did not take Dan much time to find the problem, and with a few tightened screws it was fixed.

Excellent service, and Dan is a pleasure to be around. Very positive and a real asset to the company. We continue to be impressed by the quality of people and the level of service provided by Conditioned Air. Thank you, Dan!

I have been using Conditioned Air for my AC service for two years and it has been the best and most comprehensive maintenance service I have ever had from other providers. In particular, Jesse did my maintenance yesterday and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what I expected when he noticed that a UV light system next to my air conditioner was not working and immediately contacted his office to notify the company (not Conditioned Air) to provide a replacement, because it is still under warranty. Great company and outstanding service people!!!

Tech was knowledgeable, personable and articulate. He explained what he was doing, what the results were and what needed to be done to keep my system working well. Overall I would rate him a 10 out of 10.

I got quotes from serveral other places before I got a quote from Conditioned Air. Their price was far less and it was a Lennox system vs a knock off that the other guys wanted more for. No upselling they were very honest and listened to what I wanted. The new system was installed quickly and professionally. They even sent me some cookies after the installation with a free cooler! Super awesome company all around.. just really can't say enough. New system cools great and runs nice and quiet. Thanks Conditioned Air!!

Our a/c shut off on a late Thursday afternoon, and the techs arrived on Friday and had us up and running within 24 hours. They cleaned up well, wore shoe covers in the house, and did great job overall.

Joey arrived on time, did an excellent job on our HVAC system. He thoroughly cleaned, checked everything and also replaced filters. He is very professional and courteous.. Would recommend him and Conditioned Air to everyone. Thank you Joey!
