Conditioned Air

Justin was the tech who came for service. Air didn’t work and drain was clogged. He went above and beyond to not only FIND and FIX the problem but to also fix all the small details that everyone before him left. When he was done I could see the job had been handled professionally and throughly. It was very clear that he had done an outstanding repair!!! I would not only recommend Conditioned Air but also give Justin 5 stars as well !

I experienced a very unexpected problem with my air conditioner and called Conditioned Air. Ryan Duff was the technician who provided service for me and arrived so quickly! He was awesome-very professional, so personable, and empathetic to my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and made a stressful situation turn out to be very positive. He also offered information that helped me to plan for future maintenance of my AC. I highly recommend Conditioned Air based on the great experience I had.

I would like to express my appreciation for a very professional and well done installation of a recently completed replacement air conditioner for my house in Florida. The positive experience began with our salesman, Jason Flynn, who was very informative and exuded trustworthiness. The installation team of Michael and helper Winston did a wonderful job on the installation. The work was very clean and timely done.

This installation has further confirmed my positive experiences with Conditioned Air. My prior experiences with all of the previous technicians has always been great whether it was for maintenance or for repairs. It's nice to deal with a responsive and quality company like Conditioned Air.

Our service technician was extremely professional and competent. He explained our problem and described the technical details of the repair process in a way that we could understand. He also made a follow up call to make sure our equipment was working as it should. Again, he was very professional and polite during his conversation.

We were referred to Conditioned Air by our trusted local company Home Comfort Solutions (who we also love). Lorenzo was highly recommended, and he met our high expectations. He was prompt, professional, personable. He made sure the quote he gave us would meet our needs and our specific home- he went above and beyond in his inspection of our home. The installation and follow up have also gone smoothly. Everyone at Conditioned Air was wonderful to work with.

The tech, Joe was very professional and answered all my questions. He did not rush in servicing my ac and game me an honest evaluation of my ac. I would like to have him back in 6 months to continue with the maintenance work.

I'm not angry at all. I just feel disappointed since when I called to ask to speak to the manager about my job application, the person I spoke to said it would take a few weeks to get in the system. I asked if I could still speak with the manager about my application, and she replied that I would have to wait for it to go through the system. She hung up on me after I said, "Oh, okay," and "Thank you." I wanted to work for this company, but after that phone call, I didn't feel at home.

Conditioned Air went above and beyond to get my air conditioning system back in operation. Jeremy was extremely helpful and took a personal interest in finding an important part that was not scheduled to come in for quite some time. He was able to locate the same part locally and had it installed the same day. Trevor was the technician who installed the part. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Conditioned Air has been servicing my air conditioning system since 2000 and it does a phenomenal job.

Very expensive for small jobs when in need! We have a yearly service contract with Conditioned Air and they still charged us $125 for coming over & diagnostic the thermostat that we knew was not working properly. They charged us another $385 for labor and a thermostat that cost only $40! (Honeywell T40 pro!) that about $345 for labor that took 30 mins. to install! The cost total was $510 for this small job, even though we have a srevice contract with these people! When I asked the owner why so expensive, he replied that we need to make money!!!
We will not be extending the contract with Conditioned Air as they take advantage when needed!!

We were experiencing issues with our AC Unit. No cool air...only hot air.
I was contemplating an expensive fix. The Freon line with a hole in it, a bad Compressor or bad compressor seal.

After a few minutes, Lee diagnosed the issue. The drain line was stopped up and the safety regulator (which Conditioned Air installed years ago), automatically shut my unit down so the pan wouldn't overflow.

Lee cleaned the line and reset the regulator.

No charge to us as it was covered under my regular maintenance program.

Lee is efficient, knowledgeable and an individual you can trust.

I'm glad he came out to service our unit and I will ask for him in the future.
