I had to call for an after hours service to my AC yesterday (7-2). Marcus was very professional and thorough with the review and service of my system. Considering the stormy weather late in the evening, I would have been fine with a service call Sunday morning, but he graciously came over and repaired my unit so we could have AC restored last night. He also provided some pointers on minor services I can do periodically to avoid overstressing the unit. I'm aware that my AC has seen its better days, and when it comes time to replace it, I'll definitely be using Caloosa Cooling.

I called Tuesday night because my central air shut down. A very nice woman took my information and promised a call back in the morning as I requested. 7 AM Caloosa called and said a tech would be here between 9:30 and 11:30. 9:30 AM Eric Schmidt arrived, diagnosed the problem, and had the system running by 11:00 AM. He cleaned all parts both on the inside and outside units, then cleaned up and was done. I am totally satisfied with the professionalism and expertise of Eric and will be happy to call Caloosa whenever I need AC service. Thanks for the quick response.
