It's not too often that you find a company that cares so much about their customers and Caloosa Cooling was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Haley was extremely professional and got me comfortable with a portable unit while Dave went above and beyond to get my hard to find A/C unit. Thank you so much for getting my air conditioner installed quickly. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

This is a great Company to do business with. I have used them in the past and their customer service is awesome. The communication and teamwork with all involved stands out. Are Service Technician being Amaurys is very attention to detail and the quality of his work shows he cares. I have included a Photo of something that wasn't on the Menu for the day. I'm sure glade he caught that. Also, when service is completed, the Air feels fresh and crisp and colder, we turned up the temperature 2 degrees as a result.

Had a Huge problem with my last AC people, called Caloosa and they got me on the schedule asap. Alex came out fixed everything he saw came inside and calibrated my thermostat to have the correct readings. He was awesome!! Answered every question I had (and believe you me I had alot lol) he looked at me and listened and talked to me like a human being!! This company is the best!! Thank you Alex and Caloosa!!
