Amaurys did a great job with helping me understand what was the problem with my system as well he explain everything he did with pictures and everything which I appreciated because that way I was able to see in which part of my systems was the work performed. Frank installed a 2 bulb UV system and air purifier in our home. He was very professional, punctual, and explained the systems to me thoroughly. Caloosa Cooling LLC is a top notch company who installed and maintains the a/c system. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any HVAC service.

Two technicians showed up promptly at 8am and removed old units and installed new ones. They were done before 5pm and did a excellent job. Their names were Oriel and Samson. They were recommended to me by a house builder friend of mine who uses them. Very pleasant experience even with the financial hit. Gotta have good A/C in Florida.

I’ve had great luck with this company! My service technician Rodney was a great guy, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in making sure my system was done for least possible amount of time. Highly recommend!

Tech Frank was an hour EARLY. That was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in trouble shooting our AC system, which was down. We got a new thermostat, just wish we knew it was a Google product before installation because even though it seems great, I try not to use Google as much as possible. (Plus, you can get this same thermostat for hundreds of dollars cheaper online.) Frank also gave much needed info on the expected life of our unit, air purifiers which they install. Definitely want to stick to this tech for any service calls.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the work Oriel and his helper, Samson, did to install our new AC unit! They arrived on time and got right to work. They worked all day to get the old unit out and the new one in. During this long day, they were respectful of our home and worked well together to get the job done. The new system was explained thoroughly to us before they left and all our questions were answered. We feel confident in using the new system (even online after Oriel patiently helped us get the app set up!). We feel confident in our role to maintain the unit monthly! Dave was absolutely phenomenal!!. Extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in providing exceptional service. He takes the time to explain things and obviously cares about the pleasing the customer. He was very fair in pricing. I trust him completely. I am requesting he be my assigned serviceman for future maintenance or for any repair services.

Both HVAC technicians who have serviced my unit during the last two years have been reliable, courteous and tended to task. Oriel was here today and recommended replacing a capacitor that was not performing up to expectations. He was able to replace it without an additional labor charge. Regular service is comforting.
