We are brand new in town-just moved in to our new home and had problem with one of the two thermostats that we have. It was a holiday weekend and Timothy was able to come the same day of the call!
We so appreciated his workmanship and thoroughness!

Josh was very thorough and helpful. I signed up for the twice a year maintenance and I'm hopeful this will help the performance of the hvac unit and also help extend the life.

We called this Company because they installed our AC and did a great job - we very much appreciated the value and workmanship. We had hurricane ian damage to our drain tubes and needed to ensure the Salt water had not done damage to our AC Unit. Tim was over 55 minutes late for his appointment time and FORGED signatures on documents. I called to speak with someone and was told i needed to wait for someone to call me back, i waited and called back asked to speak with someone and was disconnected, i called back again and after MULTIPLE requested was pushed to "BOB's" Voicemail. The work is not done. The "signatures" on work order are not anyone at our residence. There was no approval to bill our credit card however the technician "Tim" indicated on his paperwork he had approval with a forged signature to bill our credit card. Historically, this has been a great company - post hurricane ian experience has been horrible and i can not recommend them. I am absolutely enraged with the fraudulent signatures and lies by a technician.
