This company is very definitely worthy of five stars +. From the very beginning they went above and beyond. Every detail was timely addressed and taken care of. The quick response and thoroughness of their employees is top notch. Jeff’s assistance in navigating our way thru the process of choosing a new system was flawless! Thank you again Advanced Air. You guys are truly the Best!

We had an issue with one of our thermostats and they were out in under 3 three hours. Very responsive and great communication! Have been using them for 7 years and never disappointed!

*Revising my 5 Star review* Last year I got 2 brand new systems and was very happy with them. Got a fair deal and thought I was happy with the install but little did I know that Advanced Air was a complete joke. Just after the install I called them to ask why none of the ducts were replaced (as discussed with the sales rep) and intake boxes were still part of the old system and they had mold in them. I was told “Advanced Air no longer services Port Charlotte” Yes, they sold me a system in an area they knew they were no longer going to service. Took me weeks of fighting with them to get them to come out and finish the installation and they still only cleaned the existing ducts. Heather at the front office is rude and condescending. It’s like pulling teeth to get any answers from this place. Don’t waste your time on the “Cool Club” package, they won’t honer it anyway.

Jeff was great! Went above and beyond to try to get our house cool again. It only took 2 days and we have a whole new a/c system installed and working! Will definitely recommend in the future

Exiquio came out to my home & provided excellent service. On time. Professional. Knowledgeable. Helped me tremendously and patiently answered all of my questions. My dryer vents were cleaned out and maintenance was performed on my A.C and more. I will be recommending this service!

Had an estimate done by Rob who came out the same day, was on time, and provided his estmate for services. Although I could not afford the price, they provided a fair estimate and were very professional.

Texted day before to confirm. Texted with tracking morning of, and arrived early in the appointment time window. Technician was professional, thorough, and informative. All around best AC maintenance service ever!!

Luis was great, very professional and kept me well informed. My only question is that he said he didn’t find a leak, but I still was charged 499$ for the leak search…..not his fault, just wondering.

In 2019 I purchased the top of the line (at least that’s what salesman told me”. Last week the unit had an issue. The repairman discovered at leaking coil and Advance would replace under warranty . I was just informed it would take 4-6 weeks . This is the hottest time of the year. 4-6 weeks?? I demanded new unit and was told this was not part of warranty.
Terrible service from terrible company!

Update: I was able to speak with the service manager and the parts manager yesterday and the problem was resolved immediately. Thank you Advanced Air for providing the First Class service I’ve come to expect!

I called for a service fee because my a/c was struggle to keep up with the heat. They came out same day because I was in their maintenance plan. It was just a maintenance issue so they were able to wave the service call fee they are great
