We love this company, especially Pedro our service technician. He is the best! You always do what you say you are going to do and in a timely way. Thank you for being there when we need you. This type of good service is hard to come by in Fort Myers. :)

Contacted company around 2 pm and they had a tech out to me within 2 hours. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, identifying the issue pretty quickly and offering a variety of alternatives and price brackets to solve the problem. The only complaint I could make is about the upsell on their service plan. Although the plan was reasonable and there are different tiers and prices, whenever a company pushes a service plan it makes me a little suspicious and uncomfortable, even though I usually opt in anyway. Overall, though, based on speed of response and quality of their tech Patrick I'd definitely recommend Advanced Air.

You were referred to me by my boyfriend who has used your company for many years. The removal of my old unit was a major undertaking given the location of handler (small loft with ladder access) and the condition of it. Miguel, Ariel and Kenny were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I highly recommend the Advanced Air team.

Nov 2022 - Exact same experience with Javier (see 11 Months Ago Below).. Also, discovered a problem during a routine maintenance so I decided to upgrade the system that was 11 years old rather than repair it. Rob Smith came out, did the educational update and I'm looking forward to my new system. Great experience so far.

Their technician Anthony is the best!! I have been using Advanced Air and Anthony for years. He is so wonderful! Cannot go wrong with this company. Oh, and they have put in two full HVAC systems for me.

Service operator, Tim, was on time and clearly explained what he did and answered questions completely that I had. Office personnel were also very helpful in scheduling this appointment.
