Trustworthy? I don't think so. These guys have no ethics. Changed out a whole A/C unit only for them to keep coming back for the whole year warranty to refill Freon and fix the tripped system due to water overload. Within that one year, do you think they tried to solve the source of the problem? Did I mention they charged each time they came back only to say it wasn't "warranty related" but its a "maintenance related issue" ..never again

This is aTERRIBLE, TERRIBLE company. The owner is Andy K. & he cannot be trusted. After he admitted to me that his tech didnt have much knowledge, he said he would credit me back on my Amex card. Then, after not receiving the credit despite waiting a month & calling multiple times, he asked me to come down to his office in a disgusting industrial area. I reluctantly went to get my check when he started playing games. I never got the money & stormed out inclined to sue him instead. We are preparing documents now. They flooded my place & admittedly ignored protocol of placing protective pan to prevent a flood. I am a professional & a service business owner for over 30 years. Dont even consider using this company, ever.

I have been using Ambassador Air for AC and plumbing needs for several years. They have been competent, professional and honest. These qualities are hard to find in South Florida.

My A/C was on it's last legs and I requested and received a very competitive quote to replace it, the one problem, we are having a new roof put on my condo starting in Sept. and Ambassador and myself, wanted to try to keep the old unit running until the roof was done. Technicians came out 3-4 times to insure we had A/C, even installing small parts at no charge to put a bandaid on the old unit. They were extremely concerned about making sure we had A/C in hot south Florida and were there as soon as we called. We are having a guest in a couple of weeks and I finally decided along with Andy the owner that we should install the new unit and make sure the unit is ok once the roof was done. The service was above and beyond my expectations and I would call it truly PHENOMONAL!! Thank you Ambassador! YOU WERE A LIFESAVER!
