This service period, June 2022 and January 2023, Ricardo Suarez performed my service. Once again, he did exceptional service and was very helpful with explaining my questions. He even replaced my UV light which keeps my unit circulating fresh smelling air and microbes free. As has been my experience from initial installation in 2014 to each maintenance period, Ambassador Air Conditioning always does an excellent, thorough job. The customer service provided is superior!

Hector did an excellent job. January 2021He is always very thorough. Ambassador Air Conditioning is an exceptional HVAC and Plumbing company as well. I always use this company for HVAC. I had an appointment with another AC repair company which was a no show. Ambassador technician was already on site. Called the office and they arranged for Mr Suarez to come to my apartment after his assigned repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and advised me of the problem which needed to be addressed. Job complete and I now have a effective AC unit. I would use them again.

Andy and his team of technicians were wonderful to work with. They responded to my AC and water heater needs in an efficient and professional manor. As a trade interior designer, I look forward to using Ambassador Air on all future projects.

Service Person Matthew was on time, thorough and professional. Answered all my questions and explained a few details of which I was uncertain. Will definitely use again.

This company has been great to work with. They installed a new ac in our house 5 years ago and we have the twice a year service and techs are great, Tyler is the best! I had an issue today - a Saturday afternoon- with my ac, and called and spoke to Andy and he was super helpful- did some troubleshooting on the phone and asked me to call back regardless. ( turned out it was an electrical surge which caused a weird buzzing) but I couldn’t figure it out so he sent Tyler over and he took his time to go through the entire system and check everything, explain stuff and got everything working again very quickly. I also love that the techs wear shoe covers, since we don’t wear shoes in the house. They are always super neat and tidy and like they weren’t even there- except everything always works better after they are here. Always a pleasure to do business with them. They are prompt, reliable and professional but also personable. Thanks guys!

Update: had a new guy, Ricardo, equally awesome and helpful and thorough, easy to talk to, awesome service as usual. It’s always a pleasure to have them at the house.

We have used Ambassador Air for over 15 years and in two homes. Andy and his crew are super easy to work with. Cassie and Tina in the office are always helpful and accommodating, no matter the issue. Hector and Sam are the main technicians I have seen lately, though there are others who are very good. I don't discredit the other technicians who work there. Over the years I have come to know these two, they are incredibly efficient and I trust their work and opinion on issues I have had in the past. We are very happy with their work and I continue to refer them to anyone who needs air conditioner work done.

Overall, excellent experience on AC preventive maintenance. Easy to work with Cassie in the office for scheduling. Dispatch called when tech was half hour out. Tech, Tyler is a true professional. Knowledgeable, Informative, friendly and thorough. Thank you! I would recommend Ambassador Air without hesitation for all AC needs.

I was having an issue with the HVAC UV bulb and my thermostat was unresponsive. It was my first time calling Ambassador Air Conditioning. They answered my call quickly and had a technician (Tyler) come out the same day (within an hour or so). This was great given the hot temperatures! Tyler delivered professional service: was knowledgeable, explained what was causing the issue, friendly, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, fixed the issues!
Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Ambassador Air Conditioning.
