July 13th 2020 First and foremost, Sean showed up and was on time . The technician gave me a clear explanation of the situation I had and presented several options at different price points. In all, the kind of service visit I like to have.

August 7th 2020 Sam arrived shortly after the estimated time. My AC condensate pan was full to the brim with water - almost ready to overflow. So, Sam first worked on the blockage. Since I am on the ground floor of a three-story condominium building, he explained that even having a float switch would not prevent my unit from having an overflow because the units above me would be backing up into my unit if there was a blockage in the line. He re-piped underneath the condensate pan to the outside drain along with several other things. In all, he worked very hard and diligently - and did what appears to me to be an excellent job.

Sam was on time and texted me his photo which I found very nice since I had not met him prior to this visit. Sam was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Ambassador Air Conditioning!!

Ray was the plumber who installed the hot water heater. He did a very thorough and complete job .

7/10/20. The above statement is from hot water heater replacement. Today these gentlemen were professional and did their work professionally. They cleaned up well and did instruct me on the equipment.
