As usual , Tyler, arrived on time. He was professional, efficient and pleasant. He sanitized my unit and changed my filter as I asked . He maintained the social distancing protocol and as usual explained everything he did . I have never had a bad experience with Ambassador whether a maintainence or emergency call. Would highly recommend.

Great company, fast and efficient service. We have used them several times for emergencies and they always take care of us very timely. They do fantastic service for us and just had a new install. The team is great and extremely reliable.

Ray from Ambassador came to the house for a clogged sanitary sewer issue. Not only did he repair that clogged sewer issue ....he also replaced a leaking/dripping Moen shower faucet cartridge and a toilet flapper that was causing it to run on frequently.

Rays professionalism and knowledge made for speedy repairs....

We had our 21 year old AC unit replaced today by Sam and Tyler. The were efficient, professional and answered all my questions. They had incredible attention to detail and were super thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

Ambassador Air Technician took care of our wheelchair bound client and did, as expected, a fabulous job. On time, professional and skilled. This company deserves its 5 star rating. We had no hesitancy in signing an annual maintenance agreement with Ambassador Air.

I called Ambassador Air to check out our A/C at our condo unit and I couldn't be happier. They were out to the unit within an hour and were able to diagnose that what the problem was after some testing. Our expansion valve had failed, but when they went to pull up our warranty, no results came back. They could tell something was wrong and that the unit should still be under warranty based upon the manufacturer date. They took the extra time to research why by making some calls. They learned the A/C company that had installed the unit years prior had misspelled our last name when registering the AC, causing the warranty not to pull up on the manufacturer's website. Ambassador Air called up the manufacture and got them correct their records and the manufacturer issued a corrected warranty. This caused the part to be under warranty, and saved me hundreds of dollars.

I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have used Ambassador AC and Plumbing for almost 20 years. I have used them for new construction and maintenance. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and professional starting from the office staff to the field techs. This company gets a A+ from me.

Without the service of a competent, responsive, and trustworthy HVAC company, this aspect of my job would be extremely challenging.
