Fast & Reliable service. Very fair prices. Tech was honest and did not push anything. Young woman that answered the phone for appointment was extremely polite and accommodating! Nice job all around.

On one of the hottest days of the year here in Fernandina Beach, my A/C stopped working at 5 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I called Mason and hoped for a miracle thinking they would be overwhelmed with emergencies like mine. Mason installed the HVAC system several years ago and has been servicing the unit ever since.

I got the after-hours answering service, never a good sign with most companies I have dealt with in the past. Much to my surprise, I got a return call within 10 minutes. The tech was here a short time later and had the HVAC running again with a loaner fan assembly in no time.

Needless to say, I appreciated the incredibly prompt service and can’t say enough good things about Mason.

had been without air conditioning for 3 weeks another contractor had diagnosed and said he would be back. Although he was over booked he came to the rescue and fixed our unit in approximately 1 hour. Super great guy, very professional, precise, and an all around great person. Even taught me a few things thank you david Mason it was a pleasure.

We needed a rush job with a real estate closing. They came out quickly and took care of the problem right away! We were informed about what to expect in the future with the unit and what the options were. We will continue to use them as they have always shown us what the problem is and what needs to be done, without the pressure sales. A+ Professional, respectful, educated, fast and honest!

At 2pm On a 90 degree Wednesday my AC failed. I called 5 companies big and small and asked please can you send someone out today.
3 said , sorry maybe tomorrow morning or afternoon.
2 said “Will” try today
MaSons called an hour later, came by, diagnosed the problem ( burnt motor and capacitor) and the parts needed. To save time they asked if I could pick up the parts in Jaxs instead of waiting for delivery. By 2pm Thursday my AC was running again. Thank you Mike and Stephanie great job.

I have used Mason’s AC for several years now and only had the best service ever. Three years ago I called Mason’s for a quote on the AC unit, David worked with me to give me a great price. He installed a great product and services the unit for me. I just bought another place in April, I called Mason’s again to check the unit and to make sure I was good to go. David went that day and gave me an excellent service. His prices are reasonable and he is quick to respond. The staff is great also, when you call the office, Tammy, will help you and make the schedule work for the service calls. This is a great company and good people! I will continue to use Mason’s AC.

I called Mason A/C when our AC had stopped working and they were at our home to fix it within the hour! They had it up and running quickly and we were super impressed with their responsiveness and quality of service. They even called back later that day to make sure everything was still up and running. Highly recommend.

It is very challenging to find fantastic customer service coupled with quality products and professionalism... Mason's A/C & Heat is just that. The service starts at the top. David Mason is one of the few service professionals that does exactly what he says he will do! We have been working with David Mason and his team during a new construction project. They had to start from scratch with new duct work all the way to the furnace and condenser installation. I highly recommend these guys! If you want quality work and amazing customer service from a team of genuinely nice folks, don't look any further!

We have used Mason's at our large dental office in Fernandina Beach previously and were happy with their service. I recently called them for an issue with my new home's A/C and David was able not only diagnose the problem but to help me over the phone to fix the problem myself very quickly. I will continue to use them at our business and home in the future. Needless to say it can be difficult to find a trustworthy and competent A/C repair company but they have earned our business!!
