Great company! We were having trouble with communication from another vendor, but when Integrity took over the situation they done an excellent job. The tech Brandon was very knowledgeable and done a great job. Going forward, Integrity will be the AC service we use for all of our heating and cooling problems.

I am so pleased that I called this company to replace my old AC unit! The owner Lori I had spoken with about a year ago inquiring about their services and asking her tons of question about different units. She could not have been any kinder and very informative with the different products that they carry and install. So when my AC just blew I was lucky to have found her number and I gave her a call. She explained all the costs to me and also sent me a proposal to review. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't have the sting that I thought it would have and the cost was very reasonable. I also want to give a shout out to Craig and Jacob who showed up for the job as promised sharply at 9am. Both were very knowledgeable and super polite as well as friendly. I will definitely tell family and friends or anyone looking for a new A/C, service or maintenance to call Integrity AC! Sure glad I did!

Just a note recommending Lori Curtsinger, Integrity AC, and their technician Craig for an outstanding job fixing our AC. Lori made time for us the same day I called and their pricing is reasonable and on the level. Craig was very courteous and professional. All around, I couldn't have asked for better and I'm a bit of a skeptic. They've earned my trust and future business.

What a refreshing experience it was to have Integrity AC come out and fix an issue with our air handler. I called first thing in the morning and they scheduled a technician for the same day. Not only did the Tech show up right on time... he identified and resolved the problem with great skill and professionalism and had us up and running in no time.

I have rental property and they all have central heat and air so every so often I need a good AC company. Over the years I have used a lot of different companies and not one of them did I really want to call back. Last November I needed service at one of my rentals and while looking for an AC company I came across Integrity AC. I talked to Lori and it sounded good but I had my doubts. However, the rental needed AC service so I gave them a chance. That was one of my better decisions. They definitely did a good job and were very fair. Now this is April and a rental in another building had an AC not working so I definitely called Integrity AC. They again did a good job, were very fair and went out of his way to be thorough and didn't charge any extra. They were honest, had a great attitude and even my tenant was happy. I am a single woman and it is hard to find a company I can trust. I will definitely call them again. In fact they are now the only AC company on my list. Now, if only I could find other service companies I could trust.

I called for service Thurs morning on a non functional AC unit and Brad was at my home in the afternoon. He was on time,, courteous and professionally explained everything he was doing. I was extremely happy with the service and have already distributed some of his business cards. I would call Integrety again for service and confidently recommend them to my neighbors.

Unusually responsive. Crew was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Completed the job from my first request for help to complete installment of new unit in less than 24 hours! I am happy to recommend this company to friends or anyone who lneeds a new unit or service.
