When I first started to get bids for a new air/heating unit, Integrity AC was one of the three bids. I immediately liked the professionalism of the owner! All 3 bids were for different size units and heating strips. When comparing apples to apples, they gave me the best bang for my buck. Our bid included replacing duck work if that was necessary . Most companies would have replaced it however, Integrity AC did not feel it was necessary which saved us $1000. We were having problems. They immediately came and diagnosed the thermostat was bad. Their technician was friendly and answered all of our questions as well as explained what all the numbers on his gauges represented. They installed a new thermostat and took care of the warranty on the Wi-Fi thermostat then returned to the property and installed the Wi-Fi thermostat. All of this was done at no additional charge! I am very grateful for a company that has the clients best interest at heart. I highly recommend Integrity AC!
