Integrity AC

I needed an AC inspection at a vacant property and called Integrity this morning and their tech came out this afternoon! Very impressed with the prompt service! I can honestly say this is the first AC company that has ever sent pics of the guts of the condenser, their equipment hooked up to it and the readings on their meters! Wow! That's a first for me and I will definitely continue to use them! A+ service!

Lori and Brandon give the type of customer service you usually only get with a self owned business like this one. Both were personable, professional, informative and lived up to the business name. Brandon not only came late on a Monday, but stood out in the pouring rain to fix my air conditioner so I wouldn’t have to go another day without it. They are top notch!

The technicians arrived early; they were professional and personable. They took time to explain simple maintenance procedures which immediately saved us money. As an added bonus, they remained calm when our dog was barking, which immediately settled her. Highly recommend!

Absolutely, great experience with this company. They definitely fulfill and go way above the word Integrity! Lori was very much informative and extremely patient with all the inquiries I had. Even after calling her about six (6) times she was always polite. From Brandon who came to look at the existing unit to Craig the tech installer they were prompt and on time. Very polite and personable. You can not beat the price for a new A/C. Without a doubt, no other A/C company can compare to Integrity AC, LLC. I highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed!

We were away on vacation when our Ecobee alerted us that our upstairs was at 86 degrees when it’s set at 80. We let Brandon know and he was able to get Rafael out there within a few hours. The repair was done under warranty. A neighbor let Rafael in and said he was timely and very professional. Even when we’re out of town, we can count on Integrity A/C to take care of us!

Integrity AC installed our new system one year ago and did a stellar job. They have also been spot on with maintenance and any service calls. They are responsive to request and try to help troubleshot an issue with you telephonically before scheduling a service call. We have been impressed and pleased with their services.

My AC was down for 3 days.

Their tech (Rafael) came to our home explained everything he was going to do along with the cost involved.
Some parts had to be picked up at the supplier which he did
And kept me up to date all along the way!
