Wow.... which is the exact word I would use for this company. Complete and horrible disgrace. No one answers the phones... Made an appoint close to a month ago... suppose to be hear last week... They took my deposit and stop answering my phone calls. Smh. Companies like this one should be shut down... im out $500 and still no air conditioner.
I called this company out and they charged us $95 just to look which you could only get back by buying a new one from them , not by buying a used unit ! We are seniors come on !!! They told us they would gget back with us with prices and options ......ah no they didn't ! So we really got shafted by these people who were totally sloppy I absolutely would not recommend to anyone .....

The Service Man Ronnie from Deprist AC& Heating is the best he stade on my Unit for two days and got me back in business And was very reasonable not like some of them outfits you could take me from my shirt I wouldn’t know the difference I recommend him highly to anybody again Roney thank you for your service
Great job honest people to work with analyze the problem and had it fixed in no time wouldn't use anybody else I've been doing business for them for last 25 years
Why does it take Depriest HVAC a week to order a part? I was shocked by the office staff answer, "It's a old unit" "parts take longer to get"...well Eli was here in September and replaced the blower and said nothing about our unit being "very old"
