Old unit leaked and needed new coil so I opted for new. Owner came out and quoted me a price and the install went without a hitch. Would recomend to everyone. The owner was over the top and the technicians installing were very polite and efficient....

They installed a new air conditioning unit, inside and out. We love our new unit and the two young men that did our work were curious and respectful. It was a joy to have them working in our house and they didn't leave a mess for us to clean up.

Cannot "share" enough good news about Depriest. Called three companies when my a/c went down, and Depriest was the only service to respond. Moreover, they sent a crew out, early, on the morning after I placed the call -- making this company what prompt service is to what Secretariat was, in the world of thoroughbred racing.
This efficiency and consideration aside, the techs were as honest and hard working as techs come. In short, they could have told me any story, and I'd not have had any choice but to believe them. Moral of the story:
I was relieved, beyond all expectations, to learn that the flaw in my system was repairable -- and, as a/c repairs go, at a FAIR price.
Another company might have informed me that "The waddle on the rubber turkey that powers my system was defective, obsolete, and beyond repair" (Hence, the entire old unit in need of replacement with a costly new one). Case in point, not so with Depriest. NO FAKE NEWS from this company -- Just an honest diagnosis followed by service at a reasonable price. The turkey lives, folks ! Kudos to Depriest.

We just spent nearly $5000.00 with this company. When we asked them to come back to check the second unit again, because it was not working even though they said it was; the service guy first claimed if he had been the first guy he would have seen that the unit was leaking Freon onto the coil and we should look to replace it. I went out into the yard and called my husband to let him know, the man came up behind me and started talking over me and stating no one is perfect. I excused myself from my conversation and told him I was having a private conversation with my husband I would like to finish. He said he didn't have to put up with this and said he was leaving. He packed up but continued to be rude. When my husband called the owner, the owner says the service tech told him I accused the owner of being a thief. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The service tech is making up stuff so that he doesn't look bad. Surprised the owner wasn't even interested in what my husband had to say. Terrific, now we have a new unit that is not working properly and an older unit we paid them $250.00 to check out, but apparently this tech could have seen it was no good. To bad the first guy wasn’t as good. Although I do remember he was polite.
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD RATHER PAY ANOTHER TO SERVICE THIS NEW UNIT FROM THEM.
Maybe the service man said I called the owner a thief because when speaking to my husband I said we have had several problems now with this company, and the owner quoted different prices for the same unit. One price to me, $2000.00 higher than the price he quoted my husband.
UPDATE: It is not the mistakes we make in business but how we fix them. The owner called back and sent out his best tech to fix the situation. And he did, in a polite, professional manner, and left us feeling if we should have problems again, we would call them first. Kudos for making good on a bad situation.

We don't personally have a AC through depriest but let me say, the owner Mike will go out of his way to try and help you. Our ac company went out of business and We have a ameristar unit. He got us to the right person and they where able take care of it under the ameristar warranty

My air conditioner went out at 8:30 on Friday night. I called the office to get the nights and weekends number. I called the number and left a message. I got a call back at 8:30 the next morning (Saturday). I was told that it would be around noon before they could get to me because they were swamped. It was reasonable that they would be very busy since it is summer in Florida. Since that's always when my air conditioner goes out, I figure that's when everyone else's air conditioner goes out as well. It was 10:30 when they called me to tell me they were on the way. They got to my house a few minutes before I did. The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong, got right to work, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. The price for the service call and the part was very reasonable.

Timely professional and courteous need to say more? Okay then the trouble shot and got my unit running so I wouldn't be without air conditioner as soon as my part came in they came out in put it back 100%
