These people are fantastic! My A/c went out, and it was 80 degrees in my house. I expected a 2-3 day wait as the weather was 90. They were here in 15 minutes. The guy diagnosed the issue and installed a new capacitor. The new capacitor came from the factor with the connections reversed from where they should be. After checking the whole system and reworking the capacitor, I was up and running. My bill was $155. The next day, my German shepherd heard something outside. When I went out to look, they were back, installing another capacitor “just to be sure”since the other one was wired wrong from the factory. They didn’t charge me a thing. It’s nice to see a company that takes care of their customers. Almost everyone on my street has a carrier a/c from Depriest. Their service is fantastic and the people are great to deal with. If you need sales or service, I would highly recommend them.

Breath of fresh air to deal with folks that deal with you so fairly. All the employees we dealt with were so great and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend for good service at a fair price. The two that worked at my house were great. I know who to call if I ever have this type of problems again. Worked for this company for a few months absolutely amazing strong company , if you are a tech and need a job best company I’ve ever worked for have loads of jobs and loads of everything you need this is a real functioning hvac company

I am very happy with De Priest! I called them in the am on Sunday, left a message with full intention of hearing from them Monday. They called me back a few hours later to check on my situation with my air unit. Saving me $$ and benign very informative. I appreciate good customer service.

Can’t say enough about Depreist A/C Company. Our air went out on Saturday while temps where over 93and feel like was 102. We knew it was impossible to call on weekend being we couldn’t afford it. But called first thing Monday morning and they were here by 11. Mikey our Tech was awesome. Told us the problem and price, went and got part and checked a couple of other things and was gone in about 1 1/2 hour. This is an old unit and have had other companies look at it and of course it was buy a need unit. Sure, like when you take your car in for an oil change and they say you need a new car. Highly recommend and will be using from now on for all my A/C needs. Even if and when we need a new one it will be with them. Geat job everyone. Ty.

DePriest A/C were the contractors who installed our original new unit. They were highly responsive when we experienced some ductwork issues. We called and they came out quickly to assess the issue and within less than a week had it fixed. We will be customers for the long haul. People of their word. Thank you.

This company is the worst company I ever dealt with, I am a business owner myself and I can’t believe they stay in business they way they treat people. There customer service is terrible, they charge you outrageous amounts for service that there tech never even did. When you call to confront them you get hung up on! Do yourself a favor and call another HVAC company!!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Patti at the front desk accused me of being a liar on several occasions, yelled at me, and belittled me. Called back several times to try to speak to the owner, Barry, and was always told he wasn't available or just flat out no. When I finally got in touch with the owner he couldn't care less about how his customer was spoken to. Stating "Well we have been in business a long time, too bad you two couldn't get along." The actual service I received from the A/C Tech was great, he was very courteous but I unfortunately cannot reccomend this company as they have no skills in dealing with the public. After getting off the phone with the owner the front desk lady called back several times only to hang up.

Status Enterprise

No one is ever in the office. They say they will call you back and they don't. Had to call them back 3 times within a week and a half period. Then finally when I get someone on the phone I am told they have to order the part, which is understandable but explain to me why I wasn't told this ahead of time. On top of that just to order the part they need 1/2 up front... So you need a few hundred dollars just to order a part on top of that. The woman in the office that answers the calls is a God damn airhead and can't answer not one simple question without having a supervisor call you back. So now I have been without AC for over 3 weeks. Great job guys... Real professional.... Can see that although you guys may be "slightly" cheaper it isn't worth the hassle trying to get your guys to do the simple things that an AC company does. You know... Answer the phones, send a technician, explain the details and set a date. This company is ran by idiots acting as professionals... Guess they didn't teach customer service in that trade school...
