Mark was honest about all the A/C issues we had and gave us a great price for a new unit. It was installed in 1 day, and we are already seeing a lower electric bill. He also installed a unit in a rental. Great company with integrity.

I had an emergency need to replace a split AC unit. Within only a few hours of my initial call Mark had a new unit lined up and had a date and time setup for installation.

I wanted to replace my HVAC because of its age (20 years) and also to lower the temperature upstairs. I have a two story house served by one HVAC unit. I considered switching to two units as well as creating two separate zones. After a conversation with Mark from the AirMax, I decided to invest into variable speed HVAC without zones. He also proposed other modifications to help lower the temperature in upstairs rooms. I'm writing this review approximately a month after the installation. I'm pleased :-) Temperature in upstairs rooms is 2-3 degrees lower and at the same time my monthly bill is 20-30% lower
I have to also mention Tom and Jeff, who performed installation. Super professional and at the same time very nice and friendly guys. Everything was done quickly. and clean.They answered all my questions. When I expressed my concern about air ducts, they, without hesitation, simply checked all of them (most are placed in very hot upstairs attic). Month after installation everything is working perfectly without any issues.

Highly recommend AirMax !! 5 Stars is not enough based on our current experience. If you value HONESTY and INTEGRITY then Mark J. and AirMax is the company to call. Our AC was out and we knew that our 18+ year old system was done. After a few calls, inspections, quotes of doom & gloom and scare tactics from other service providers, We called AirMax and Mark J. who responded the same day when I called around 2:30 PM. Mark J. Amazing!!!!, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provided an in depth analysis in a language to a lay person I found very helpful! He offered us OPTIONS!!!! based on our needs, house design, and most importantly what we were looking for in our HVAC needs, NOT what other HVAC providers wanted to sell us based on there product line. Most AMAZING and at no additional cost to us!!!!!, he was able to make the necessary repairs the same day to get us through till our new system is installed. WHERE ELSE and with todays service providers, does one find that type of attention to detail for the customer??????? AIRMax is that type of company!!!!! He was a pleasure to meet and the entire experience was exceptional!!!! We have used Airmax for several years; Mark and his team are always professional, on time and move heaven and earth to get to you when you have a problem. Always try to repair things when possible rather than just recommend replacement. Highly recommend!

I must say getting your AC repaired is never cheap, and this place did charge a pretty high price in my opinion. (295$ for two 20$ parts and and ~45-50 mins of work) but the guy who came showed up first thing in the morning, was very polite and punctual and fixed everything quickly, as well as taking a look at the rest of my system. we have an old unit but he didnt try to sales pressure me or anything. Overall I’d probably recommend them.

I can not explain how Mark from Air Max saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. We just bought a home and one unit stopped working. We had another company come out and they couldn’t figure out what the issue was and had a huge explanation of how it would be better to just replace the unit instead of repairing things. They quoted us $6,500- $6,900 for this replacement. We called Air Max for a 2nd opinion and they came out the same day!! They replaced parts and SAVED US from lots of financial stress and sanity! I was experiencing a minor problem with my thermostat displaying a message - not connected . It was not a major problem as the air conditioner was operating properly. Mark was very helpful in showing me how to make the message disappear. He explained how to do the task in simple terms so I could understand and perform them. He also shared with me helpful hints in the maintenance of my air conditioner. I would gladly call Mark back to work on my unit.
