I posted another picture for those of you still not sure if you should choose Vortex Air to meet your needs may want to read after you read all of this. It's the APPROVAL Letter from First Choice that authorized Vortex Air to replace the motor as determined by insurance policy's verbiage.

I know insurance and I know legal. A jury would find Vortex Air guilty for breach of their contractual liability with me by accepting my payment for their work AND not coming back to do the work and for the additional damage from their abandonment to my real property in my condo unit on the 6th floor. Their" work" is still ongoing-not completed.

First Choice approving or not approving really doesn't matter Wrong is just Wrong. What type of contractor does this to a minority? I paid Vortex Air to come out and they left me high and very wet.

Zero ☆ wasn't a choice. Breachers of Contracts!!!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! On 4/4/22 Karina accepted my upfront payment for her to send a tech out because my AC had flooded the surrounding floor. The tech came out. HE DID NOTHING TO SERVICE MY AC which was surrounded by water. The tech "told" me I needed a new motor, coils had to be cleaned, and a couple of other items....HE WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A SERVICE TICKET/RECEIPT WITH SUCH DETAILS OF THE "SERVICE" CALL. HE SAID HE HAD TO GO BACK TO THEIR OFFICE TO GET IT APPROVED AND THEN HE WOULD COME BACK...for me to plan on it taking 4hrs.

IT'S BEEN 2 1/2 MONTHS; NOBODY CAME BACK. THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE NOR START THE JOB THEY WERE CALLED OUT TO DO, AND I WAS LEFT WITH A BIGGER MESS WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY & CONDO ASSOC.

THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALLS, EMAILS OR TEXTS.

They are very client oriented and responsive to all calls. They did not watch the clock and stayed until the issue was resolved. Three months ago I had a big problem with my AC and two companies came by and misdiagnosed it. I called Vortex and a guy named Mario came by, explained the problem to me and after 3 hour the problem was solved. He was very meticulous. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Vortex worked an AC duct replacement. The technician was outstanding. Efficient and fast. The attic space was really tight and he was able to finish the job without opening my ceiling. Unfortunately, because of several cancelled appointments, some without notification from the secretary, and an erroneous charge which caused me back and forth hassle with warranty company and Vortex, I have to give them 3 star.

The installation of our new air conditioner at my house ran smoothly, functionally, and properly. Everything was done and time, everything was done very efficiently and done to our standards.

This company is undeniably irresponsible, unprofessional, negligent.
Karina Pereira is rude and doesn’t follow the rules of my condominium and I lost money because of her unprofessionalism. I asked to speak to the manager. There’s only the owner and Karina. Don’t hire them, they don’t have an office, they only have a P.O. Box and never answer phone calls. Their only form of communication is emails.

Oscar was fantastic - thorough, quick and kind - I hope I don't need him again, but if so, I would not hesitate to call Vortex.

Horrible. Came through my insurance company and the guy didn’t diagnose the AC issue nor he fixed anything. Paid $45 for nothing. If you want to lose money call them.

Yes, clearly the company knows that they will collect the money upfront so the quality of service goes down. I’ve had dealt with different AC companies through my insurance and some very exceptionally great, going above and beyond. But your company is not one of them.

Vortex Air Conditioning did an amazing job! Mario Montes came in and took care of my A/C unit like the professional he is. From assessment, to performance, to delivery, he got it cover. On time, respectful and reliable. Thank you Mario and Vortex, you are on my favorite list.

They are fantastic to work with. They are responsive and do high quality work. We have had them back several times and also use their maintenance service. We highly recommend them!

Very professional and punctual. The technicians were very friendly and told me everything that was wrong in detail. Would love to continue doing business with vortex the next time I have any air conditioning issues. Keep up the good work.
