One of the two AC units at my house called it quits on a Friday morning (20 y/o unit), Reinaldo was at my house later that day and the new American Standard AC unit was installed by the following Monday afternoon. From Reinaldo’s quick response on Friday all the way through the high quality installation the following Monday, I am very satisfied with the purchase of the new AC. Reinaldo is a very knowledgeable and detail oriented professional (I know because I was at home that day and watched him install the unit). Reinaldo gave me a fair price and promptly addressed every concern that I had prior to the installation. I can recommend Reinaldo without hesitation.
