I own a very old AC unit with a temperamental SMART thermostat and needed to get it replaced. Fabian, from Autumn Air Conditioning and Heating, was very helpful, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable in his skill. In addition to installing a new thermostat, he also checked all the required parts to ensure everything was functional before he left. I will definitely use Autumn AC and Heating/Fabian in the future.

I have never been more impressed by a company’s professionalism and punctuality 30 minutes after we called a technician showed up and shortly after the owner of the company came to do some trouble shooting on my unit. They explained everything step by step and got my unit up and going within an hr. If your looking for a 10 star rated company go no further as they will be our A/C company from now on

Fabian came to our rescue when our air conditioning stopped working on a Saturday. He was quick to respond, communicated well, is an expert in his field, and his prices are reasonable. These guys were soooo nice. I know they're in business to sell and repair units but they are truly some nice guys!! They gave us an estimate. We had a question. They came out with in the hour. Gave deposit and in 2 days we had our unit. They were polite, respectful, clean and informational. Never once balked at a question we asked or anything. What a difference!!!
