Fabian ad his coworker got to our house when they said they would, removed our old, dead A/C unit and replaced it very quickly and professionally. They were happy to answer our questions and let us watch when we wanted to. Before the job was done, any mess from the job was cleaned up. They even swept/mopped the garage floor where they had been working. Love our new A/C and thermostat, so glad we chose Autumn.

I am sitting in my house still shocked! Our AC went out this morning. We have 3 small kids and grandparents that live with us. Called all the big companies and NO ONE could come for a few days. We were planning to go to a hotel, but what a nightmare that would have been! Kept calling and we hit the jackpot. Autumn Air and Heating came to the rescue! Fabian showed up within 20 minutes of our call, diagnosed and RESOLVED the issue and we are now sitting in a cool home again! I can’t stress enough to support local small businesses! I put a text in to Autumn air for an available appt to check my a/C. I received a text back immediately saying "they would be coming the same day" (which was Sat. 5/20). I couldn't be happier with Autumn Air and Fabien who always services my air.

Our A/C died and we were able to get a quote and installation in less than 3 days! We also were able to get a portable unit in our home to use from them to make everything more comfortable in the meantime! Super friendly and fast!

Fabian was great. Read google reviews online about Autumn Air and they live up to their 5 star reviews. Was able to schedule service same day and meet earlier than expected. Ran a very quick and efficient diagnostic of our unit. Was able to have our AC running in no time. Informed us that unit was in fairly good condition considering it’s age (17 yrs) and that we should still get a few more years out it. They’re cost effective as well. Great service at great prices. Should we have any more AC concerns we’ll definitely reach out to Autumn Air again.
