As first time home owners we continue to discover new and disturbing things in our forever home. Andray Makarov and Mike arrived on time. After introductions they explained what they would be doing during this service call. Throughout the appointment they both explained each part of the process. At the end they showed us pictures from the process and it's eye opening. I am so glad they came and assessed our situation when they did. When you look at the pictures you will see why. Brace yourself! Needless to say, we signed up for the maintenance plus package for future service that we will need done. Super friendly and informative from start to finish. We highly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors. 🙂

Both Kevin and Ridgee were very helpful and informative. They serviced our unit and explained things that needed our attention. They were NOT high pressure on selling us a new unit. However, we did purchase a new unit and feel it is profitable for us to do.

This company is so easy to deal with, schedule and problem solve. They seem to have a system that works. I didn't feel like I had to go through the awkward upselling process during my system maintenance. A problem was identified and they were experienced and educated me on the solution that made sense. Their response time is fast as well!

Andrey and Jose were great! Andrey is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Preventative maintenance goes a long way in keeping your AC cold in the summer!

Service Experts Robert and Gabe got my air conditioners up and running. Very professional and on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are our conditioning company from now on.

Domingo was very thorough in his inspection of unit. He was the first person to take off panel and explained all the issues in detail. We have had several other techs from other companies maintain our unit, but his inspection was more in depth. Riley was also very informative and able to explain details in an understanding way so that we could make informed decisions moving forward.

Andrey and Andrew were here this morning performing routine maintenance. They did a wonderful job, as always. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing and how each thing helps my system run more effectively and efficiently. I am very pleased with their work.

Andrey Tech #8 was quick at finding the problem. They were a little late but he did notify me that he's running late so no big deal. I can over look a little lateness cause he diagnosed the problem quickly & he did show up on a Saturday. My local company that I normally use didn't even call me back. I had called them at 4:45 on a Friday & Saturday came & they never called me back. Andrey even changed out my filter. Thank you All American Air Service for coming out on a Saturday & thank you for having a great tech like Andrey. 😉

My technicians Riley and Aundry were very informative and friendly. I didn’t feel uncomfortable or pressured. They got here on time and talked me through the whole process. This has been one of the nicest appointments I’ve had. Thank you very much

Peter was an excellent technician. He was able to fix the issue with our dryer vent and informed us on what the issue was. We are very happy with his service.
