Jose and Domingo were very courteous, explained everything in great detail, worked diligently and just had the greatest personalities. Overall a wonderful experience, my husband and I are very happy with their stellar service.

Robert and Zack came promptly and were friendly with a good sense of humor and plenty of knowledge that was easy to understand. Quick and professional, very well done and our dogs approve too!

Just had Peter over to take a look at a/c. He came out a few times now and everytime he comes he's such a delight. He makes sure to tell me what he's doing and what was done which puts me at ease knowing that I'm not just paying for them to come out and just go everything looks good, bye. Although that hasn't been an issue with anyone else that was sent out its just what I think in the back of my head would happen.

As a company too they work well with my work schedule. They give me a block time period as to when they'll arrive and to be honest the block is a bit large. But everytime I asked if the can make it closer to whatever time I need they alway arrive very close to the time that works best for me. Today I think Peter showed up exactly on time.

Its the dependability and consistency that I really like.

Robert and Riley came by to get us cooling again. Just moved to Florida and we were looking for a good ac company to call since our air went out. They got us back up and running in no time. Great company and employees.

Robert called and texted to let us know he was on his way in the time frame expected. He diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, then tested entire system with no issues. He was courteous and professional.

Brian and Zack came out to service my AC unit on 8/30/2022. They were very professional, and explained everything that was done or needed to be done. They said everything looked pretty good and only needed to perform a small service.

Update 5/26/2023 - Ridgee and Domingo came out for our regularly scheduled appointment. They carefully and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know, performed the maintenance, and suggested some needed services. We are very glad they are service techs. All American Air Service always has great techs. They’ve always done well for us.

Peter and Angel did a great job. Friendly and respectful of the property. Cleaned up after the job was finished highly recommend.

I would like to commend the following employees, Domingo and Andrew. Who recently worked on our air conditioning system. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were truly outstanding.

Domingo is one if the best technicians that I have had at my house. He was thorough and not pushy. I would like him at all times when I need service. I will recommend him to my neighbors. 5 ++++ rating for Domingo.

Stellar company! Noah and Jose installed our new AC/duct work and they went above and beyond. They take pride in their work and walked us through every detail. Excellent experience.

Even if they are not the cheapest, keep in mind you are paying for high quality products, honesty and good business practice. After working with different AC companies in Deland moving forward we will be using this company.
