SMC Air Conditioning

One of the best A/C companies out there, I recommend to anyone. The workers are super knowledgeable and respectful, and hard worker's. This company is the real deal, they have installed 2 A/C for me on my properties. Nothing but good service, don't listen to the bad reviews. Try it yourself!

Professional and Fast service. Anthony was very courteous and was able to diagnose the problem in about a minute. My condo unit has a tightly fit AC unit and Anthony found a way to get it done. I was impressed watching him communication back to the office and watch the team work to get parts located and delivered quickly allowing Anthony to finish the job quicker than expected.

Great company, awesome customer service. They helped me with my emergency when my air conditioner wasn’t working and did a great job at figuring out what was wrong. If you need a reliable and trustworthy company, I’d give them a call. Will use again in the future!

Reading about good price... is that a joke? So, everyone is OK to pay 500-1000 $ for "Labor" when have a warranty case? Horrible company. Most of technicians have no clue what they are doing. Yes, they have some good ones but send them over only if complained about the first one. Do not recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with SMC with the change out of my AC & Hot Water Heater. They were extremely professional and very fair with pricing. I highly recommend their Services.

This company lies to the customers. I called to have a dryer cleaning scheduled. I was assured a window of 9-11am by the secretary Cynthia because I had new appliances being delivered between 1-5. The morning of, she called and changed my appointment to 10-12 because they had an "emergency" service call. First red flag, emergencies happen but they also don't cause a company to change a pre-scheduled appointment to accommodate a walk-in.

At 12, I had yet to see a tech. I called and was told the only tech working was still finishing a job in Boca. I reminded them of the reason why I needed the job completed before 1pm and was told sorry, but it's not likely that the appliance company will deliver right at 1pm anyways....is this a joke that you tell a customer this? You don't work for the appliance company and you have no business making this kind of "suck it up, champ," statement. At 1230 I get a call telling me the tech is done and that he will be on his way to me ASAP and they are going to offer me a $25 discount. Okay, things come up, I'll wait.

At 145 I have no tech. I call and am assured that he was running late because of the rain and he was definitely on his way to me. At 245, I called to cancel and was told yet again that he's on his way. I told them no thank you, I don't like being lied to when I'm paying for a service. You mean to tell me that rain causes someone to take 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive from Boca to Davie? Never again will I use this company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Probably telling that every other local shop I've called cannot provide next day service, but will schedule me in a week and SMC can "get you right in."

I had 4-5 different companies come out and SMC Air conditioning was the one that stood out. Here are the reason. David the Field service guy that came to the house was very nice professional and explained everything about what I need and what their company was all about. Second, they had the best prices and the best financing on the market. Third, David came back and beat a price that a contractor gave me and he had no issues doing it. They do financing with a familiar bank which is wells fargo. Everyone else seemed so sketchy. And lastly, the he had all the docs prepared and and it was just a few click and the process is done and now the contractors are on the way to the house.

I have been using their service for the past couple of years for my home and business. They are my go to AC company when I am having issues “specially with Miami’s hot summers” They are very professional, reliable and most important honest. I highly recommend them!
