SMC Air Conditioning

This was my first experience working with SMC. I quoted a new A/C unit with 4 different companies, the reason I gave the business with SMC is not only because of the price, but mainly because of the excellent employees I had to deal with. From the beginning Cynthia provided me with excellent customer service, she understood the urgency of sending someone to my home to asses the problem and she sent Christian (the Technician) the same day. Christian is outstanding, not only he advised me correctly on what I needed and what I didn't, but when he came 2 days later to install the unit inside and outside he did a fantastic job. The installation was painless, clean, neat, no mess, he cleaned after everything he did, is like he was never in the house, besides he knows this business, he doesn't fake it, he doesn't guess, he KNOWS. I also dealt with David in sales, he was outstanding as well, very professional, also advised me on what I needed and he helped me a lot with the price. In short, this company has a fantastic team working for them, they are honest and they seriously care about the customer, they don't try to sell you anything, they try to advise you on what you really need . I already decided that when I have to change my other unit I will ONLY call them.

The technician Anthony was very nice. We have the preventive maintenance program and it's worth it since it covers pretty much two service calls a year, if your air condition is working fine you can just have them clean out the line and make sure it works fine. No high-pressure sales, which is very nice. And I would know, I am a salesperson

Everyone person we talked to at SMC was professional and courteous. It was a true pleasure to have done business with them. From the sales representative, David, to the installers, Joshua and Milton, and Ricardo, this was a smooth and painless installation. Everyone was super nice and we are very happy with our new a/c units!

Jose Perez did a great job. He made sure the a/c was running correctly. He took his time doing his job right. I’m very happy with service.

Was initially happy with the work they did installing a new AC unit in our home. However after only 2 years all the coolant has leaked out requiring $450 in out of pocket repair cost. Wish they would stand behind their work..

The company was competitive in price and prompt with time. Cristian Vasconez actually made my experience with this company more than pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy as well as making sure we were knowledgeable about what was needed and even suggested something better for us to have. During his visit I asked him to look at the other units and he did so without hesitation and actually fixed a wire that was loose and preventing it from working. Good company with great employees.

The initial service the prior day did not identify a marginal capacitor which resulted in ac not working. They sent out a supervisor to identify and do the repair work the following day. I let him in remotely and I returned to a cool home. Very professional to deal with SMC... Cynthia, Anthony, and the team. Thank you for a job well done!

Joshua and Milton were very nice. They are knowledgeable and clean workers. They even installed the new unit the same day. Very happy with their service. We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have been working with SMC Air Conditioning over year and I will always call back for the outstanding service.! They are servicing our vacation homes on the Beach and they are always very helpful with the great customer service! Cristian, Leonardo & Juan Carlos were all wonderful in installing the new a/c unit for my home. Nice, respectable, considerate men, they were quick at work and did everything they could to make the installation process run smoothly (doors were too small in house, so we had to use a crane to lift the a/c to backyard!). They too, maintained a clean environment while cleaning out the air ducts. I highly recommend them! (Speaks both English & Spanish)
