Very pleased with the service I received! Anthony M. the technician was extremely knowledgeable about air conditioning units and was able to thoroughly explain the issue I was having with my unit. Even after completing his work, he provided me with additional tips on how to maintain my AC unit. Overall, I am very impressed with the work Anthony did in my home.

We were very pleased with the installation of our new air conditioning. The technicians came on time, were courteous, hauled away all the old equipment. They were unable to complete the cleaning of the duct the same day, we rescheduled, and they came at the right time. Andres Garcia always had the customer first in mind and did everything so that we would be satisfied at the end . We ordered a great product and it was installed properly. I would recommend SMC Air Conditioning to all my friends.

I contacted them on Apr 27th for an estimate. I called numerous times and was told they as working on a quote. It was a week and they NEVER sent on. That is not professional for a business. Either way I should have been told if they could or would do the work I required.

Jose Perez was amazing. He took his time explaining everything to me. I'm so glad I chose this company. Everyone was wonderful from the young lady who answered the phone, to the tech Jose Perez who came for the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is definitely an asset for the company.

I used to work for SMC Air Conditioning, and although it didn't work out, I cant say enough good things about the way they managed the work and their employees. I learned so many skills that I am able to use in my new positions.

Firstly, they are OCD organized. It's stressful but it keeps things done correctly and efficiently managed.

Secondly, they expect so much out of their technicians, from uniform cleanliness, to their notes and pictures..They also have someone whose sole job is to make sure the jobs the technician diagnose correctly and repair it right. Andres who is one of the top managers is so honorable and makes sure to be very involved. Honestly, it used to drive me crazy but that's exactly what customers deserve.

Thirdly, they truly care about their customers and are very honest when it comes to their work. Trust me, I have worked for other companies and none come close to having the quality SMC has.

Use and support them, you won't regret it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem, ordered part and the a/c was fixed the next day. I would highly recommend.

While they do a great job with the HVAC maintenance, the issue I've experience with this particular company is the lack of responsiveness and follow up. Its been four months (since May 2021) of non-stop requesting the company to repair a flooring damage their technician caused while doing the HVAC maintenance. Worst customer experience and support ever I have come across. Was holding out to write a review because they kept stringing me along that their operations manager was aware of the situation and were going to get back to me. Still waiting on that "getting back."

If they are this bad in resolving a non HVAC issue, I can only assume that they are just as bad if and when they ever do cause accidents with one's HVAC system.

Second service from.SMC to my unit. This time SHAWN arrived on time for the service. Follow my directions where to park and let him know issues I was experiencing with my unit. Left him alone and notice by cameras all what he was doing. Update me with the issue my unit had. Took care of problems. He was very polite and very clear when communicating with me. Just want to say thank you for been courteous, puntual, and didn't waste no time while fixing unit. Keep up the great work Shawn.and people like you SMC should appreciate having you in their team. Thanks again . Definitely recommend them.
