Milestone Air

My first visit was with Shimon Amsalem; he was very professional, fast, courteous, and awesome to deal with. He explained what was going on, showed me the problem using his cameras, and helped me choose a solution.

Background: I bought a house recently. It had a relatively new high-end AC installed but the previous owners never maintained the system. It was completely full of fungus. I was having bad allergies: sneezing, coughing, red eyes; even my new kitten is sneezing like crazy. The house smells like mold/fungus. Certain rooms are really bad.

Solution: I had UV lights installed, and the system will be completely cleaned and coated to prevent microbial growth. I will update this review when the job is done. This work will take multiple visits.

The Senior Technician Rolando was professional, knowledgable and friendly. He came in New Year’s Eve and quickly diagnosed the problem with my central A/C not working. He fixed a thermostat issue, tested it and patiently walked me through what he had done. I was really impressed by him and his service. Also, hats off to milestone for scheduling an emergency service call for me same day on a Holiday. I recommend them highly!

I used them for my mother’s house. They came the same day and since she was a senior citizen they did it right away. I actually got a quote from another company and they had a better price and unit size. Everyone was a pleasure to work with during my experience.

Shimon was on time, very respectful and knowledgeable. He offered a good deal for me that included financing my duct coating and coil cleaning of my AC. VERY SATISFIED

Had a air con problem and worked with Tom Levi to resolve. Tom and I worked it our over the phone and within 10 minutes my unit was properly cooling. All of this occurred over a hot and humid day in South Florida. Imagine having to get along two days waiting for a service rep to repair a problem that was fixed over the wireless. Nice going Tom!
