UPDATE 6/2/2022: I guess when you call all day and make sure a tech is coming, that doesn't mean progress is going to be made. The tech came and told us the condenser was broken. I'm not sure why that wasn't discovered during the first part of the ISO test with the other tech, or even when the first tech (there's been 3) charged the AC. The AC has been unhooked for days. Now we're 15 days without working AC. Meanwhile, last week, another no-call-no-show. In Florida, AC isn't a legal issue, but maintenance is and there is a LEAK in the AC. The amount of times we've had to call in the past two weeks is beyond ridiculous and the house has gotten to 90 degrees. Sleeping the car, driving around for AC, constantly buying appliances to stay cool. This is out of pocket.
Fuss Free HA! More like Fussy or Always Fussing. The representative was disrespectful to both of us, meanwhile the house is hotter than outdoors. 86 degrees. The tech came out and charged the AC, no filter, no vacuum and not even a week later it's hot again. Last time the house was 89. We had a no-call, no-show and the rep wanted to get an attitude. Then denied having an attitude.
All we've gotten is lies, disrespect, janky techs and still hot as hell.
The most unprofessional company EVER! Stay away from Kimbely she rescheduled me 4 times over 3 weeks and nothing ever got done- water damage got worse because of her, she would ask me to call her back to “move” other costumers around and nothing EVER got done, a waste of time and energy! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS
Mr. Montgomery was excellent in his workmanship and showed true professionalism. His calm and proficient demeanor was bar none. He was able to explain in layman's terms the issues my a/c had and made me feel empowered to make an educated decision moving forward. In the event I do decide to get a new install, I am requesting him from now to be the installer. Prior to him coming to complete the estimate, I was very nervous and skeptical. However, I feel very confident in my next step. I just want to thank both company and worker for an awesome job!! Well done.
My landlord sent them out. The 1st tech asked me if he could come into my house and use the restroom. They scheduled me two other appointments, but the was a no call no show.. Poor business, not professional at all. The ladies in the office Kelli was nice, but that’s about it.
This is the worst company that I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they not answer their phones but they are liars but they truly do not care if you go almost 2 weeks with out working AC, in the middle of 90 degree weather. if you can find someone better to do your repairs. DO IT! If I could give 0 stars I 1000% would.
Mike, the owner, is a great guy. When I asked for them to come to give us a quote to replace the entire AC system, not only he came promptly, but also saw our situation of having a broken AC, so he assisted us on getting it going free of charge without any commitments. Prices are very competitive and offer great financial options. Not only that, but they were always looking to give us the best deal and looking out for our pockets. Richard, the technician installing always showed interest on pleasing our needs.great job to you and your team Mike and Thank you all for the great service!
