Fuss Free AC & Appliance Repair

I had used this company before and based on the 1st 2 that came here I would have rated this review a zero. I’m going to focus on the 2 gentleman that just left Rayon and Junior!!! These guys were so respectful of my space, very informative, and patient. I recently moved into a home that was always dusty no matter how many times I swept. I finally got the rental company to have someone come look at the vents bc I was afraid it was mold but it was just dust. That’s an understatement. The dust was so thick it covered the floor. I felt so embarrassed and it wasn’t even my fault. I was suffering too. Puffy eyes and itching. Anyway back to these guys they took their time and reassured me they would get the vents cleaned and sanitized. They cleaned up after themselves, covered my items, and just made me feel very comfortable. They worked around me best they could in and out of rooms as I work from home. I cannot even express my appreciation to the fullest. I was shocked at the level of professionalism they displayed and they work so well together. Rayon and Junior thank you so much. The best service ever and there just aren’t enough stars to rate your greatness!!!!

Original maintenance call was cancelled day-of without reason; rescheduled for 4 days later. Don’t know about the company as a whole but the workers themselves were good. Job was done well and quickly when they got here.

Tech was very nice, and took the time to explain what he was doing, and wasn’t in a rush. Before he left, he put everything back and took his time cleaning up. I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for all of my hvac needs.

Courteous, professional and knowledgeable! Identified the problem within seconds, fixed within minutes. Made preventative improvements to the system and was clear in explaining how everything worked. Awesome service!

Rayon was extremely nice and helpful. I had been without AC since day of move in for 4 days in 86 degree heat with an animal in my home. He took his time to look at everything and even went above and beyond to call the owner about a broken part. Even with all my frustration he genuinely felt my anger and did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. Very huge shoutout to Rayon!!! Thank you so so much!!

The Customer Service is by far "exceptional". And in this imperfect world ... we all know glitches happen. "Murphy's Law" right?!!??? Well let me tell you ... This old retired Pffttt Pffttt is most appreciative of their customer service ... I am so happy my contractor chose them. Thank you.

We had to have the whole system inside and outside replaced. They were quick, courteous and professional. The job took a bit, but it was a big job and they did great!
