My A/C stopped working, I called a few companies, but Cooling Experts were the first ones to respond. They came within 2 hours. Tech was very professional. Right away he performed inspection and gave me a free Estimate on what had to be done. Price was reasonable, therefore I agreed to do the work. My Service Call Charge was waived with repair. He had my AC up and running!

The owner Steve is a good man, hard working and dedicated to his business. He will do what is necessary to repair any refrigeration or comfort cooling problem, at a fair price. Highly recommend Cooling Experts.

Service was great from the very start. Steve (the owner) was always attentive and made sure to keep me updated of the time the technician would arrive. Once the technician was here, he was very professional, courteous, fast and what I appreciated the most was to have him, explain step by step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He explained the cause of my issue with the a/c and why it wasnt working.

Amazing team of experts. Really, the name fits. Steve and his crew are kind, knowledgeable, quick and most of all trustworthy. It’s is so important for us women to be able to find technicians who are not taking advantage of us because we don’t understand about this or that. Well is definitely not the case with these guys. I called this company after a bad experience with a different company. My experience here was totally different. They were very responsive and professional. They followed up without me having to ask. Technician was professional and courteous. Tracked down the parts needed when the other company could not. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Always polite when I call. Very attentive to customer needs. I needed a new unit. Financing was available. We set a date and Yeremy arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the unit.

Very happy with communication regarding scheduling and with the technician who came out (Jeremy). He was very knowledgeable and professional. I received information as promised but no “hard sell” for a maintenance plan.

This team went out of there way to make sure our A/C was up and running - to the point they spent over 10 hours straight on our roof in the heat. Can’t thank them enough and glad that we now know who to go to when we need help.
