I cannot say enough about this company. It’s a family business very reasonable do fantastic work. just the nicest young man I’ve ever met. They even fix my front door while they were here they clean my AC unit replace ductwork came at once before 10 o’clock at night when I AC was out and fix the capacitor. Highly highly recommend these guys.

My downstairs unit went down after having regular maintenance with a big company who were not doing their job. I called Solutions heating/cooling and they offered to come out the same day. I chose the schedule for the next day thinking I would be home. I needed to run some errands and they worked around my scheduling needs. They were both very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what was wrong and did not try to pressure me into other services. They got my broken unit working right away! I asked if they could do the maintenance that the other company did not take care of properly and they did not hesitate. I am very pleased with their service and will keep using them for my HVAC needs.

Robert and Shawn were great. My A/C died overnight and they came out first thing in the morning to repair it. They walked me through the testing and diagnostic process they used to determine the issue and had me up and running again in about 20 minutes. I'm keeping their card so I can call them again next time I have any issue with my A/C.

I can say Robert is the best ac guy and business I found. I trust this man with my ac need. He doesn't do extra stuff for your bill to be high. Great service! great customer service! great work! I high recommended him to my family members also. Thank you sir!

Very thorough. We had an issue at the house (new construction) where 2 bedrooms didn't get enough air. The technicians spent a lot of time in the attic trying to figure out how to fix the problem without running new vents. Their solution worked!

We also used them for a yearly maintenance of the HVAC system.

Finally we have found an A/C contractor in Pasco County that are true quality conscious professionals who really care about their profession and their customers. It appears their genuine business model is…..take your time and get it right the first time for our customer. Our family has finally checked off the box on who we call for our A/C needs.

Absolutely amazing experience. Even though it was 9pm at night this company took the time to explain all of my options to fixing/replacing the unit that I have.

Made 2 trips to my house , one to diagnose my issue at 8pm on Father's Day and then the next morning they returned with the parts needed , as scheduled, and installed everything......later that day I called bitchin about the temp not recovering in the house timely and I was not being a nice guy about it.....they were BACK at my house 20 mins later with smiles and professionalism even after my bitchin......they quickly took readings thru the whole house which showed 75 degrees......my thermostat simply had not caught up with the room air and system after 2 days of 85 degree house Temps.......besides the great workmanship and integrity these guys have......they have extreme patience with azzzzholes like myself ......they deserve 10 stars!!
