Great experience with Reliable AC Services. After months of our unit struggling to hit temp we called Reliable after the company we had been using had not been able to solve the issue after multiple (and expensive) service calls. Reliable was able to diagnose that our A/C unit had a condenser coil leak and needed a replacement part. This particular A/C unit was installed by a different company used by the old owner of our home. Turns out that particular brand of A/C is notorious for not having replacement parts available and long time frames of up to 6 weeks to get a part! Neither the old company or Reliable could find the part. After a couple days of searching, the other company said they couldn't even get us a brand new unit. Reliable AC was able to get a new unit from a more reputable A/C company and come the very next day to do an install at a great price. Instead of sweating for an indefinite amount of time in the middle of summer, we were back to living comfortably in 3 days.

It has now been about 2 weeks since the new unit was installed and it makes us think our old unit never worked properly. This new one hits set temp with ease and has lowered the humidity in our home substantially. Our electric bill is going to be much lower now. Can't thank Reliable AC services enough for their quick turnaround on solving our problem.

Reliable AC services installed our new unit, ducts and vents 2 years ago and did an amazing job at a much lower price than anyone else quoted. Any small issues we've had since, they've come out right away and fixed it right away. They always respond and schedule you ASAP. They're always on time and super friendly. Would highly recommend them!

Our AC wasn't cooling properly and I called Reliable. They were able to accommodate me same day. Within a few hours Joseph showed up and replenished my unit with freon. He was very professional, showed up on time and finished his job fairly quickly. We are very happy our AC is back in business!

I must say that I was very impressed with everything. To begin with, they give you a window when they will arrive, and a follow up text when they are 20 minutes away, and they came on time. Further, Joseph is knowledgeable and friendly. Steve, the owner, stopped by to ensure that my big job was not only perfect, but that I was satisfied with the service. Joseph not only cleaned up when he was done, but it was pristine. By the evening, another issue developed, through no fault of theirs, and the air didn’t work, so Steve came over after I had returned from work at 9:00 pm, and fixed a faulty timer. By 10:20 the a/c was in perfect working order. I can’t tell you how qualified, caring, and personable they were, and never left me hanging. I would recommend this team to anyone wholeheartedly!

We had Reliable AC Services install a new AC unit for $3,744 in March but it made a lot of noise and did not cool. They tried to say that is how it is supposed to work. It stayed about 77 degrees, so we asked them to come back in July. They admitted that it was a faulty compressor and replaced it, but demanded that we pay an additional $1,495 for the repair. They would not honor their guarantee for 10 years parts, and 1 year parts and labor for a new unit that never worked right. We put in a complaint to the BBB but Reliable AC Services would not respond. This is after we already paid them $23,000 for another new AC unit and other services. They do a poor job, but are very aggressive in trying to get paid for shoddy work. If you read their online reviews, you may notice it is the same few people putting in multiple positive reviews. Do not believe it.

I get an immediate response and same day service. When it’s hot and AC isn’t working. Same day service is very important. Even on weekends. Great company

Incredible service and responsiveness from Reliable AC. I called them about a warranty evaporator coil leak and within 10 minutes they found a replacement and had a tech en route to dismantle the old coil while another tech went to pick up the new coil. The tech (Joe) definitely knew his stuff and was taking the time to explain everything. Within 2 hours the old coil was removed and new one installed. I would trust this AC company for all future repairs and HVAC maintenance. Thank you!!

All A/C service providers are NOT created equal, and these folks are hands down the best A/C service company and team we've experienced. We recently had our A/C system replaced (in Dec. 2021) by another local Coral Springs company and ughhh mahhh gosssh... it was one thing after another after another after another with our system. Needless to say it became obvious these other guys were incompetent, careless, or both-- at best. After doing some research online, we found Reliable and contacted them. Not only did they right all the wrongs of those other guys, they are genuinely great people. Professional, knowledgable, respectful, friendly, genuine characters! Considering the scope and time of our project (new duct work, new insulation, relocated the unit...etc.), it was a pleasure having such a great crew in our home! Highly recommend!

This is the place to call if you need your AC unit serviced. I called on a Saturday morning, and they came out the same day. Steve not only fixed my issue quickly, he showed me what the issue was and explained everything to me as he was making the repair. Will defintely do business with them in the future if I need another repair.

Had an AC issue with one of the room in my house where it'll be 1-2 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Had a few people come take a look and most were offering other more expensive solutions, i.e, install minisplitter, even add a separate AC unit. Reliable AC offer some duct work that involves adding a damper and scoop to help drive more air to the room. Looks good so far. Price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I would recommend them for AC work in the future.
