There was a gas leak in our coil and Louay & Olga have helped us to order, install the new coil and charge the system with Gas and now it's working perfectly. He had togo theough hoops dealing with Trane unprofessional agents and damaged inventory to get a good coil for our system. Louay was very responsive communicative through calls and texts which we appreciate alot. Thank you
