On my initial phone call, Edwin was quick, efficient and knowledgeable in air conditioner unit brands, resulting, in closing the deal. In addition, Octagon's team of installers were easy to communicate with, ending in a complete and solid installation. Thank you, Octagon 's staff for all of your hard-work, in making my home cool and comfortable during these hot summer months.

They came to fix my ac, very unprofessional, over charge and the ac stopped the next day.

Called to use the $29 promotional coupon in the paper and promoted on the website that included evap coil deodorizer, Freon adjustment up to 1LB, duct camera inspection. When the tech showed up, they did not do any of the promotional offer and did not honor the coupon or do any of the items that would be included. Do not use this company they are using false advertising.

I needed urgently an AC installation in my apartment and I call Octagon and got communicated with Edwin, I told him I needed as soon as possible, and he was very fast and responsive with my request, he came and did all the installation very fast.
