I was in awe of their quick response to my emergency situation. Not only were they quick to arrive despite their caseload, they also provided adequate short term solutions to stave off my problem for a few days until I could get the new unit. Further Edwin himself was very instrumental and persistent to say the least in getting me the financial criteria I needed to get my unit. They also offered the best price of the three individual quotes I was given without them even knowing I had called others prior. I felt my unit was going on the blink with no real knowledge beyond my inner man and had called a Home Depot service contractor who gave a quote of over $11k to $24k for a 4Ton 16 Seer and a 5Ton 16 Seer. The other gave a quote of $6.8k to $10.5k and I was still in limbo. However several days later I got a premonition and just hit google for emergency ac repair not knowing my unit was about to truly go blink and GOD in HIS INFINITE WISDOM SENT ME EDWIN, and I am ever so GRATEFUL to GOD and him. Edwin is truly a consummate professional who cares more about the customer and the customer experiences more so than the money. Not only did he come in under quote without knowing I had previous quotes. I was indeed flabbergasted. To tell the truth I don't normally even give reviews but this was beyond worthy. Edwin and his company worked hard with me to get proper financing and though Home Depot decided to give me a grant as a Retired Disabled Veteran of $7500 credit on the unit from their contractor, but because of the care, concern and courtesy of Edwin and his team I opted to turn the grant for the ac down and go with this company instead. I love Home depot and truly appreciated their gesture, however their contractor contracting on their behalf was very rude and the office team uncouth and for that reason I didn't even want to work with that company, who I do believe HD should disassociate themselves from, even if for free. Free is not enough to get me. I'd rather pay a fee for good service, than go with bad service for free. Thank you so much for all you have done and WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU🥰🙏🥰

I recently hired Octagon Air Conditioning service. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Right from the start, they provided excellent customer service by answering all my questions and concerns. In addition, their punctuality was impressive as they arrived on time and were ready to work.

What amazed me the most, however, was their excellent work. The technicians were well-trained and knew exactly what they were doing. They were able to quickly identify and fix the issue. My house was left with a perfect temperature.

In summary, I highly recommend Octagon air conditioning service provider for their awesome service, punctuality, and excellent work.

I am so disappointed in the Quality and Service… I paid $4250.00 for a 3 ton Rheem A/C ..And I received another brand called Weather King. I have had to have repairs Done 3 times now on this unit since I purchased it in July and I have been without Air Conditioning again now ,today for 5 days…11/29/2022.
And I am still waiting for my new thermostat that was supposed to be put in at the time of installation and being told we will take care of that for you 3 or 4 times..that was in July .
I would not recommend Octagon A/C to anyone !

We had the absolute best experience with this company. Technicians were super professional and honest. They made our 2012 system run like brand new.
