Drain pan was clogged causing a/C to shut off. Tech was at our house within 3 hrs of calling Reliant. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent service, reasonable cost, and courteous people. Took the time to explain options and processes, arrived on time, left a clean worksite. Followed up after installation to check on satisfaction, and the county inspector said the job was done perfectly as well. Very happy customer here, would highly recommend!

Travis you really got this company going. Had you here over a year ago when you first started. Here in madeira beach you replaced my duct work. Good price but more than that on time and pro workers. Most important. Just called as unit blowing hot air. 92 day and 89 pm. Called 06-24 at 9-40 am and said jason would be here 1 to 2 pm. He came 12-50pm. Checked unit out and got it going. Said may be a problem with a leak but now know what to look for. He is one PRO! I am retired. Electrician from the start and end. Navy vietnam war vet, retired NYC TRANIST POLICE K9UNIT. and if thinking about going back to work would be proud to be a part of your family. Any one reading this, this company is no BS! I am 67 and had many bad deals with other work. Look at no one else if needing any work from Reliant. Travis and the crew are 100% on it!!!! This is Nicholas In Madeira Beach.

Travis the owner goes above and beyond,he will show up the same day , sometimes within an hour and get the job done for a very very fair price. He also went to war with the manufacturer for them to honor a warranty. Will never use another AC service company.

My adventure started with calling the cheapest guy I could find to install my new heat and air system. I verified that he was licensed and insured and told him that YES pull a permit! Turns out permit was fake and license and insurance were fake as well. I explained clear as day that my neighbor was a total *ssh*le who love to call code enforcement so it would be critical that the job was permitted! Yes sir, no problem. They even called to tell me that the inspector approved the job at the end. Long story short, code enforcement was tipped off by above mentioned *ssh*le and I got a nice letter saying whole job had to be redone and properly done by a REAL company as it is a rental property.

Enter tons of phone calls desperate to get someone who could get the job done right and super fast! The owner and his kids that work for him at reliant literally did everything possible, worked with code enforcement, pulled permits instantaneously, had four guys total working before and after their other scheduled jobs, etc. without even knowing me. I cannot express how appreciative I really am to this company. NO OTHER COMPANY WOULD EVEN TAKE THE JOB FOR LESS THAN TRIPLE THE PRICE! Yes, code enforcement was that bad by the time I received the letter as I was traveling in Costa Rica at the time. I would never use anyone else for any of my properties, nor recommend anyone else to any of my clients, freinds, or local family!

Excellent & Honest family company! They may not be the absolute cheapest, but I can assure you they get the job done quickly and correct!

Travis is no nonsense. He will let you know what you need with no bs. He and reliant have an awesome warranty plan that helps keep you covered especially in the hot Florida summer heat. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work (commercial and residential)

Prompt & honest . Great work & we haven't had any problems. They put in a new A/C unit & handler & all new duct work. Very happy. Definitely would recommend.

I had them change out all my old duct work and I have done this so many times with my job but now I am to old to do this but I watched them and they were dead on and I recommend them 100% great work guys
