Let me start by saying I am the most particular fussy customer in the planet...
Ervin Air, exceeded my expectations. Harold came out on time gave me a very reasonable quote for an air and heat pump system with an Alexa friendly thermostat quality name brand units also helped me with financing... I was nervous about having it installed while I was not at home.... completed the job while I was at work I assumed when I came home I would have to call. And I did to thank him for such an amazing job!!! my house was in perfect condition the only thing different was it was freezing cold... I am beyond thrilled. I did a lot of research I got quite a few quotes... this was by far the best and best quality. My thermostat is mind-blowing it has geofencing it knows when I'm a half a mile away and cools off my house before I get home! I cannot recommend Harold and his team enough!!!!

I used Ervin Air for 10 years, since they installed my unit then. They were always great. But my last 2 experiences were not good. 2 of his “new guys” for a maint call (was hotter than usual) they only checked the coolant and did not even clean anything out (I watched them). House remained hot. High bills for a couple more months. Reached out to the owner, Harold, and he said “ Those guys were no longer with him“. And then he came out personally to inspect the unit. And lo and behold the same two you guys were with him. This time they open the unit up and found that the condenser was completely filled with debris because of a small hole in the supply duct. Called back a time later to express my concern about this and wanting to get the duct replaced. And Harold‘s response was basically that he was disappointed that I was disappointed in his employees. And I got the “business as usual” vibe from him, and that “those guys were new then”. Which I understand. But he lied about them still being with him, and did not as a company owner take responsibility for their improper service, which cost me a lot of money in AC bills. And then I never heard back from him. Very disappointed and will not use them ever again.

Ervin Air is the best. They responded timely to my request for service when my A/C stopped cooling. They got me back up and running, at a reasonable cost. I am now looking to Ervin to update my system to the new 2020 standards. Great service - on time, knowledgeable, professional and great customer service!

Harold and his team came to my home late in the day when my system had stopped working and it 90 in the home. He said that my system needed a start capacitor and it would be fixed in no time. 30 minutes later it was cold again!!! he also took the time to look over the rest of the system and provided advice on other ways I could save money and elongate the life of the system. We are so grateful for the team at Ervin Air...I wouldnt ever call anyone else to fix my A/C . Thanks again!!

Absolutely wonderful company!! My A/C went out one night and I had a "top google A/C company" come out who wanted me to purchase a whole new unit ($6900 for a Goodman System). One of my neighbors told me about how excellent Ervin Air had been for them in the past so I reached out asap. Harold came out immediately and told me I just needed one new part and that he wouldn't let someone sell me a new system as mine was only 6 yrs old. Within an hour he and his team came out and fixed my system. It runs great and I am so thankful for honest people like Ervin Air who stopped me from making a huge mistake. There are so many companies out there and its so hard to make the right decision sometimes but I can 100% guarantee that this Veteran owned company wont steer you wrong.

I have known the owner Harold for many years both personally and professionally (He put a new AC unit in for me a 1 1/2 yr ago). He is the most honest, fair, trustworthy and hard working man I know. He knows the AC/heat business inside and out. You are in good hands with Ervin air!
